Yo'ha, bro ha's.
School started today. It was kind of boring like first days always are. Though I did get a laugh at my friend who got held back (it was his own damn fault, he didn't do all his work and he skipped a lot...mostly with A-kay and I...) and it was surprising to see some people I thought had graduated or dropped out.
Nothing's really changed except everyone's dressed a wee bit cooler. Although my friend and last year's crush has now resorted to wearing black skinnies and stupid scene grindcore screamo band shirts and calling himself fresh.
It's really unattractive to be honest. His jeans are tighter than mine and he's acting like a total douche. I liked him better when he was just a lazy, unambitious gamer with no sense of style, like every other freshman boy I hung out with last year.
My schedule as of now is:
French II
Honors Biology
Foundations of Art
World History
Honors English
Blah, not too exciting.
Then next semester it'll be
Trigonometry/Functions/Statistics
2D&Graphic Design
Foundations of Art
French III
Health II/Cross Training
Not too excited about the math class, I'll probably get stuck with a bunch of seniors and that isn't as cool as it sounds, cause I hate being in a class where there's NOBODY I know.
Everybody is either a class ahead of me or in one way below, it's kind of lame.
I really can't wait to start 2D&Graphic Design. It's going to be ballin'. 8D
I might talk to my art teacher and guidance and see if I can do something about having year round basic art though. I took the first part of the class last year as a filler, but there isn't a second half for me to take, so I'm stuck with a few cocky little freshman shits doing the same stuff I did last year. Maybe I can arrange it so next semester I can do something else, like music keyboarding II or enviromental science. I only need 3 science credits to graduate...best to get them out of the way now.
I'm also not too thrilled about starting Driver's Ed in two weeks. I think I have a three hour course twice a week for like a month. Well, whatever it is, it adds up to 36 hours.
At least this means I can probably get my license early next summer. biggrin
