I. Freaking. HATE! Stairs!!!!
My mother has decided that the whole family shall participate in a regime. It consists of walking TO the freaking stairs, running up & down multiple times and walking BACK from the stairs. Then we do sit-ups, push-ups (UGH!), and many stretches. The stretches I don't mind, the other stuff I don't really care for, and the stairs I HATE!!!
