I realize my one year Gaia-versary was last week or so. Crazy to think I've been doing this a year.. haha.
I remember I heard of it like 4-5 years ago. But when I had AOL, I had settings, and couldn't accerss it.
Then last year a friend of mine went on, and I thought it looked like fun. So I joined. The games were what I liked most. Eventually I got the hang of it and learned the marketplace. Easiest way tio get gold. I remember how excited I was to get my first quested item. Gift of the goddess. I bought it for 13k. Now I can well afford that. I could be a gaia millionare if I wasn't so lazy. That, and I really don't have the patience for Gaia a lot. It is by far the slowest website ever. It literally takes a minute or two just to load up a page.. ergh...
But even still, I love Gaia. I enjoy making random friends. Hell, one of my best friends now I met on here. =] I meet some pretty cool people. I love it.
This site is so much fun.
I feel kinda lame for blogging about this nonsense.. but w/e. ^^;

I don't think I've once celebrated my Gaia-versary. Maybe I'll do it this year. I too remember my first quested item, and watching it skyrocket in price in a matter of a month. It had gone from 9k to 25k, and I wanted two of them. Took me forever, and lots of begging at charities.
