My name is Nathan, or Nate, take your pick. I'm 25, I work in a group home with people who have developmental disabilities, and I study occupational therapy at the University at Buffalo. Admittedly, I'm not a terribly mature person in terms of humor and hobbies. However, I do value responsibility, experience, and education.
I like the atmosphere here, so I thought I'd give this guild a go. It's nice to enter a forum online without getting "lolnoob"ed, etc.

I think maturity (humour wise at least) is overrated! Embrace the silliness within!

Big welcome. Developmental disabilities can be quite challenging to work with. My heart goes out to you. smile
And I don't think anyone has ever used N00b here. It seems silly to call people old enough to vote, drive, drink, and hopefully not all at once-- "N00b"
This guild is amazingly friendly. The closest we ever came to a fight was when I went through a solid month of PMS this past winter. Thankfully our fantastic Doressa cheered me up and ended the 2 day rampage. We are to discord what a G rate film is to violence.
