As an apology of sorts for my prolonged absence, I've tried my best to create a very open Role Play. I tried to make it interesting and easy to be creative in, and now I'm hoping you all will join. O:
It's in the Role Play forum already. I spent an hour on it, but if there's anything that you see wrong with it, please feel free to notify me. ^o^;;

Just a couple questions, how do you know what level you start the game in? Or do I just choose one? How do you know when you level up? How does the leveling system work?

Yay I have questions!
Okay, first about what level you start at : Everyone starts out being Downloaded into the game at level 1. The only reason levels counted before we actually venture into the forest is because I need to know what job advancement you were at so I might be able to tell which skill(s) you can have.
And, though this has not been revealed thus far [spoiler!], the party [once formed] will meet the GM's [Game Masters] and they will explain that the only way to escape the game is to achieve level twenty [the highest level in the game], and you do so by completing various tasks they assign you. You can kill monsters and such, but doing so will only allow you to get the monsers' items [which /are/ useful, by the way, since there might be a boss or two the GM's will send at you to fight].
Now I can't reveal much more than that, since that would spoil a bit /too/ much, but if I'm being too vague or if you have more questions, you can post them here to PM me and I would be more than happy to assist you. -^^-

Of course, of course! I'm planning on giving layouts and monster descriptions of particular places when we enter them, like the 'Setting the setting' post at the beginning of the roleplay. We just have to get everyone together and make it past the root town first! >:]
And thank you so much for joining ^^ Especially as a cleric. This way we don't have to spend all our goldies on potions :E

I loved the picture for her but had a bit of trouble describing her clearly (I have OCD so I... yeah sweatdrop ) I have a simpler image if you want me to write up a physical description and personality dealie I don't mind, I'm stuck home and need something else to do wink

I've decided to pull out of this rp. I was severely disappointed with it. The idea is amazing and it had potential, but the entire thing is chaos. There's no order to it and I had to read through five pages of unimportant crap to make one post that took me a couple hours. I'm sick of it.

Well the best way you can really keep up in here is if you actually post. That might, you know, kind of help keep up with things. Just maybe.
And another thing... about the "unimportant crap". I'm assuming that you're talking about how we're goofing around. Well isn't the point of a role play that people get to do what they love [write] and improve their skills, whilest having fun? Yeah, that would be the last part there, "having fun". I'm not going to be all serious and boring in a role play just so what I say doesn't seem "unimportant".
Anyways what I'm trying to do [sort of] now is move everyone into the forest so the story can progress since we all seem to be doddling a bit ^^; ADD anyone?
