Well at least now people who didnt get the change to watch it in america can see it, that's good I guess. But still...Light sounds pre-pubescent. D=

D= Well, I feel sorry for the people who're gonna get their first impression from the American dub. crying I suppose the anime'll still be good, but still... the VOICES... Ugh, just hearing it makes me want to shoot myself..

OH MY GOD! Raito is just so...nasaly!
Raito is supposed to sound sexy! Sexy, I tell you!
It doesn't matter if he doesn't act the part, they could at least give him the dignity of an okay voice actor!
(and they didn't give us a sneak peek at L's true voice! Only the computer generated one!)

It isn't THAT bad. Plus there're always the subs. I think we should be happy that it isn't horribly messed up like most animes that get brought over. If the voices are the only thing wrong with it then I'm pretty happy.

Yes, I agree.
I've heard dubs that are a lot worse than what I heard in the preview.
and I'm actually looking forward to seeing it on AS.
Have they decided to air it yet?

But, at the same time, I love this series
and I'm not going to be a b***h just because they are dubbing it.
