I did this for a few reasons:
First, I had a couple of PMs asking about why no items like clouds, celestial wraps, and things like that. Besides the fact that it isn't normal for people to be wearing those, this answer should cover it. If you look at Doressa, SydneySkye, and NessaChan (all to the right) they all have clouds, the rose eyes, etc... However, when transfering to a new background, all the background color of the avis turns to the background color of the photo, and I have to fill it by hand. It took me almost 20 minutes to refill all the clouds, roses, and yokai treasure, and it still doesn't look very good. I don't mind sucking up my pride to fix the little glitches, but that's big one I'd rather not deal with if I didn't have to.
Secondly, I was looking around for a cool theme for the background, and this caught my eye. Seriously, what other place in the world would be cooler for a bunch of 21+ to hang out than Vegas? What's more is that since I live here I can actually go out and take some better pictures than this one if need be. If anybody else has another theme idea for the photo, let me know, but I'm thinking the Vegas one will be pretty cool.
Finally, I figured I'd test it with our mods too see how it looks. I don't think it turned out bad, but I also know it can be better.
