what do you all think of them? i happen to love them. was in one for a time. now i just write music, make clothes, art... although i can still do trapeze and acro-balence....when i have the time i'll post more pics
what do you all do?

dark carnivals as in,
fortune telling, taro cards, hypnosis, masks, posions, many gods/goddesses worship, having fun, trapeze, you know the whole dark carnival feel, candy, spiders, spirals........rituals

Though it can be well executed, I feel that the theme is over-used. Music-videos in particular use it far too frequently, and the general aesthetic is growing in popularity; hell, HBO had a TV series about such a theme. (My unconcious association with the term "dark carnival" to Insane Clown Posse skews me to a bias, though.)
As for actual carnivals?
Not my thing, really. I like festivals more.

I've only heard about Dark Carnivals in relation to juggalos/jugglettes... outside of that, I've never been to one.

I love Dark Carnivals. Nox Arcana had a whole CD with that theme. I wish I could juggle or tell fortunes, then I'd hold my own carnival.

i have only seen a dark carnival from physcopathic records so yea. but other than that no i have not seen one yet

I know of them, but really could care less to go to one...I own my own tarot card set and well, I don't see the use of them either...I could less interested in psychics really...

I love the idea of them, but the only time i've heard of them was from ICP and crature feature. But god, it would be great to see one come here
