Okay, I think I have everything set. That being said, let's talk about...

The New 21+ Guild Photo!

The idea behind this is to give as many of the guild members a chance to show off their avitars in the new banner. We have that old one, and it's cool, but the guild has grown a lot over the year, even since I've joined, so it's a good chance to show the world who we are.

Earlier in the month, we took a poll to see what the new avitar theme would be for our group. Would we be demonic? Angelic? Heroic? Surprisingly, most 21+ voters decided that the one thing they wanted to be more than anything was themselves! So our theme is going to be "NORMAL." Here's what that means...

Whatever your normal style is, that's how you should dress. If you normally dress in all black, go for it. If you dress rather preppy, that's cool. If you have bad fashion sense, hey, I'm all for it, as long as your avi looks like you.

However, please consider this...

Do you normally walk around with a pet dragon, pixie, shadow spirit, or alien child?
Do you normally walk around holding a sword?
Do you normally walk around with a pet robot?
Do you really own a celestial wrap?
Do you wear your wedding dress everyday?
Do you battle demonic forces every day?
Do you normally walk around with 20-30 lbs of clutter attached to your body?

Hopefully, all of you answered no to these questions. In which case, please do not dress your avitar up like you do. Besides the fact that most of these things leave their own separate background which is hard to manipulate, it's just not normal garb and goes against what the majority voted on.

On July 1st from 12:00 am to 11:59 pm I'll open a topic in the forum regarding the photo. All you have to do is make a post in the forum. Each avi that makes a post in that topic will be the ones in the photo, provided that they are dressed correctly. However, I do ask you not to change your avi for 24 hours so I make sure that I can get them all. If your avi doesn't fit the guidelines of being normal, I won't put it in.

Thankyou so, so much for organising this! I think it is such a fantastic idea! I change my avi all the time, so I guess I just have to pick one of my favourites and go with that! I quite liked the one I had just before these donation items were released....

I'll pick a more simple avatar for then. I do usually have gwee.

Sorry about making you change your entire avi, but at least you have 10 days to prep for it, so that should give you, as well as others, enough time to get ready.

If anyone needs items for their avi, just let me know what it is. I've got plenty of gold just sitting around.

Ooh! I've just realised that I'm going to be away on the 1st July, but I really want to be in the picture! Is it okay if I put my avi together now and you can grab it from this post? Otherwise I could save it to photobucket and pm it to you?
