Duality in my consciousness
Two voices came to me that night.
one wants wrong the other wants right.
the thing is..
I don't know which is which.
One wants me to scratch this itch called life.
The other screams "Put down the knife!".
tomorrows just another day of hurting
"You don't have to live this way anymore" suggests a sinister voice.
"Ending yourself won't bring things to where they were before" remarks the other and sways my choice
"You know you want to be dead'
"Don't listen Zach we're just in your head.'
No matter what I do they won't leave me alone.
They've settled in my mind and called it home.
"Forget the risk take the ******** that, you know its not worth it all"
"Do it Zach your father is calling"
"Ignore him or you'll be forever falling."
Just for once I wish they'd let me be.
I'm sick of hearing things I cannot see.

Wow.
That gives a really good interpretation of the internal struggle of someone who's suicidal.
It's a really interesting poem, from the subject to the way it's put together.
