Hello!

I need help with how much I should price my chibi animals! whee

I have some examples, here at my deviant art...
Bunny
Tiger
Panda
Demon Panda made for Renni M.
Lion
Froggy

Should I charge less if I just draw the animals' head? What about a full-body animal? Like the Demon Panda and the Froggy? How much for line-art for the animals?

I am using Illustrator so my art is vector-based so I can enlarge my animals as large as I want without it getting pixel-y. So my art is kinda basic but I was also thinking about offering to make the commissions for the animals into wallpapers/desktops too, how much should I charge for that too? I can also make banners and icons if they wanted too. blaugh

I've gotten a only a few responses...but I wanted more suggestions! whee So far people have suggested a range of 1k-5k for headshots and 6k-9k for full bodies. What do you all suggest?

well, i would say 500 for head shots, and 1k for body, you don't want to be expensive otherwise you won't get many customers, trust me, that was my downfall in my art shop

Well, they are cute. WAY cute. But I do think a lower price would be better.
That's only because you can make those in Flash with a bendy line and circle tool, or in Paint, using the same general tools.

They probably don't take very long, so even if you only charge 1k for a full body, you can do five full bodies and get 5k.
Seems pretty good, yeah?

They are really cute. I'd even like to buy one.
Could you make a full body turtle?
((I'll pay the higher price if you really think 1k's too low.))
