This is for anyone who wants to pitch in ideas for date movies or who wants to know what other guild members think smile - this relates to both movie theaters and movies to rent.
To start, does anyone think that "The Hunger" would be a good date movie? I ask because there's a heavily romantic atmosphere about it, but then again, there's that... *ahem* intimate scene with Catherine Deneuve and Susan Sarandon which may adversely affect the night for some couples.
(By the way, I put this in the spam subforum because I don't know how it would be received in the main forum. If a mod thinks this is suitable enough for the main forum, could it please be moved? Thank you)

Any of Adam Sandlers recent films, they have the comedy and the schmultzy romance to make them an effective date movie.
Also depending on the girl, any horror film, thats seriously scary, so many chances for you to be the 'I'm big brave man, I protect you.' routine.

The Rocky Horror Picture Show Garden State The Wall Party Monster
...Better yet, find a nice girl who is nothing like me who would hate the idea of watching The Wall on a date.

The Wall as in Pink Floyd? Yes, I thought I wrote that part >_> *Was in a rush* I don't date, but if I did I wouldn't want a romantic-y movie, just one I like. And I like anything trippy, druggie, and full of transvestites.

Or better yet, mute the film and make up lines for what they're saying. Well, it was fun for me.
