Ok in the Man Behind the Curtain. Ben killed his Dad in the Van that Hugo found. Also a dead man was found with his work suit. Does the Dead man's match that of Bens Dad. I cant remeber if that was the name they found on the suit.

Yes, it is safe to assume that the dead guy Hurley and them found was Ben's dad. Both the body (based on the uniform) and Ben's dad had the name Roger.
