For some reason I'm thinking a thief character, the game set in a massive desert. With of course, aspirations to over throw the greedy ruling monarchy.

Story: A regular girl in high school who loves to talk to everyone. She likes to watch Yazuka movies and lives her life by their rules but in reality isn't that effective in the battlefield. Her special is guaranteed to confuse people and make her escape smooth.

If a character attacks this npc they will immediately be afflicted with disease and energy drain.

Barbarian, encountered during late-game, Chaotic Evil
A warrior raised in a culture that encourages harvesting hearts as trophies.
Nothing too interesting about this enemy, except for the fact that he has a high amount of hitpoints.

A well known powerful mage that will appear in the story line later to save the heavily injured protagonist from getting killed by the antagonist.
