alright, all you need is the game *or the rom and emulator*
go to training mode, with one character as mario, and the other person whoever... *preferably luigi mrgreen *
alright, now stand next to the other guy, load as many redshell as you can, and use the mario tornado attack
mario stopps after the first hit, and all you see is the damage rise to 999%, and those 2-d orb like excuse fo damage thigys come of of the victim. if i remeber corectly, they should sto and the opponent *victim* will be blown away.
i did it after seeing it on youtube, and it worked

i love this glitch...there is also another glitch play as pickachu and go aganst samus any stage works but i like the great fox the best now pickachu just has to hit the b button and about a second after the shock hits her pause the game you can see a real zero suit samus.. im not a pervert!
