Just click on the clothes in the panel beside your avatar, and they'll equip, then press save.
Clear your cache. and try restarting your computer after that. And try logging out too. And it might make a difference, if you have slow vs. fast internet.......if you have slow internet, then you need to just wait when you click the item you want to put on your avatar.....cuz it will take a long while for your avie to load with the item on.
And even if you don't see the items on your avie when you are trying to equip them in Dress Up.....just click on the items that you want on your avie, and still click save afterwards anyway. Your avie will be wearing them afterwards, even though you couldn't see your avie wearing them in the dress up place.
