Ever have your dream job dangled in front of you? I had an interview yesterday... really getting scared I might not get it. I'd be making twice what i make a week now, get reimbursed for travel expenses, do something I LOVE to do, and get to use really neat-o equipment.
Alas, my heart. emo emo
I hope I'm not going to be too crushed.

Wow! Good luck!
I know what you mean about having the dream job dangled in front of you...a couple of years back I was interviewed for an Animation job, while I was still in school. I was so excited about getting it, but alas, they said I needed more training (which I did) Hopefully I will be able to find my dream job soon...I'm not sure what it is yet though! xd
*sends luck your way*

I’m sure things will work out fine. What would the job involve?
Did you send a ‘thank you for the interview’ letter yet?

Yeah, I send luck your way, too. I know what it's like to have one's dream job dangled in front of you. I tried several times to even get a call back to reschedule an interview, but they never returned my phone call or my visits to the studio. sweatdrop
Maybe one day my dream job will come. 3nodding

unlike many, i actually had my dream job and lost it... well... what i thought was my dream job, anyway. i was working as a powder coater making $12/hr. my shift was 1 pm to 9 pm. as far as shifts went, that was the best i had. unfortunately, the shop closed down 9 months after i started. but in all honesty, i have no idea what profession i want to do. so basically i'll just stay a factory mule until i either retire or figure out where i want to go with my life.

Ask just about anyone in the Navy, we don't know what we want to be when we grow up. Best of luck though.

My boss has dangled my dream job in front of me for a few years, and it's only now starting to happen. But it's worth it, for me. I was willing to wait.
