It's really hot here, and I'm not sleepy (largely due to the nap I had earlier today...) and I don't know what to do with myself! Is anybody about? It's seeming pretty quiet in here...

Present! Hmm...I find that getting physically tired from exercise helps me sleep easier. Either that, or get a cold glass of water? (It freezes here...argh.)

I've had similar problems; not just due to heat but to all my stress lately. 3nodding Yeah, I know how hard it is to sleep.
