someone naturally downloaded the pic and saved it to their PC, and then re-uploaded it... so the source is lost sad

Not every anime-looking picture is from something you know. Some of them really are just random pictures straight for the creator's head, never to be seen or heard from again.

that bites... to me it looked like it was from a game... especially with the CG background and the (what looks like) a hand-drawn foreground ¬.¬
