Okay, this is one of my fav games, I have such a bawl with my mates playin' this, any time of the day or night !
It's very simple : you ask a very, very dumb question, like " why can't cows fly ?" and the next person will give a very dumb answer like " because their milk would go sour." or something. Then that same person asks her/his stupid question......and so on, and so on.
Okay ? Ready to play ?

Either from seagulls getting ocean blue stuck on their feathers and the blue staining the sky when they fly, or Rayleigh scattering. Scientists are still in debate.
