Hello all... I would like some constructive criticism and feedback on my Ganondorf. I'm looking to vastly improve, and have from my previous batch of videos (which I won't be posting here... sweatdrop ). More videos will come as I upload them, but this is all at the moment. Thank you for watching. 3nodding Ganondorf(Andy) vs. Sheik(Elana)~Ganondorfs HOUSE OF PAIN~Elana is my girlfriend, so you know. She doesn't play Sheik, so forgive her. She is actually a DAMN GOOD Zelda player, and perhaps one day, I'll post her movies too. The HOUSE OF PAIN is in the last 20-30 seconds of the video, during the fire stage. ^_^Ganondorf(Andy) vs. Capt. Falcon(Jon)~Nothing to special here. Just a Ganondorf vs. CF fight with my buddy Jon. Enjoy.Ganondorf(Andy) vs Samus(Jon)~Fourside~This is probably the worst out of my new videos. But I liked my "foot work" in this one, along with my crazy %... O_o on Fourside no less... Enjoy what you can.Ganondorf (Andy) vs Zelda(Elana)~ Holy Crap! I beat her!!~It happened! I don't believe it! For once, I was able to beat my girlfriends Zelda! Not the greatest match in the world, but I had a few good u+airs. Ganondorf(Andy) vs Fox(Jon)~Round 2~This is actually my second vs Fox match. This one is recent though. Nothing fantastic though.

your ganon is really slow. speed up your game, learn to wavedash.

Hmm... I've ben trying to work my wavedash's into my gameplay...
I thought there was some in there... unless I didn't load those videos yet. :shrug:

Edit: I did some wavedashing/wavelanding on Fourside, the fight vs. Samus. But I still get your point. 3nodding

awesome vids man! i seem gano is kind of slow thought btw does anyone now how to cancel out the roll when ur like in the middle of the roll(left or right pluz L or R)cuzing a canel out so u look like ur standing against a wall and ur sliding and u doge the persons attack

I'm sorry, but I didn't understand a thing you just said... except awesome vids. blaugh I appreciate the compliment, but what did you mean otherwise??
I don't think there is a way to cancel rolling, aside from wavedashing, which is a seperate maneuver altogether.

your ganondorf is too slow. Learn to wavedash, waveland, dash dance, take advantage of Ganondorf's excellent traction by Crouch Canceling,

I think I'm familiar with that term, though it's counter-intuitive to me.
At one point in my life :dreamy flashback:, I used the "Car" (Ganondorf's down+B) a lot. So everyone knew it was coming. I've avoided using it as much as possible... though I could use it to throw people off now...

i know what you mean there, i got away from that and then i stoped playing for a month now im trying to get it outa my system.
i do use it in the air when they're off the stage, but i do like hanging on the edge and up c-stick people like you do in your vids because its like as spike. You do kinda run into some hits that could have been forseen to be honist. but i think you did prety well 3nodding

Well, Ganon's slow, so try to be a little quicker.
Second, try not to use the same move over and over again. You can, but that's just plain boring and your opponent easily get's frustrated. I mean, nothing special's happening in the battle.
Third, I think I can beat you. ^^ As Zelda, I mean. But I think I can beet you friend who played as Shiek. I'd LOVE to verse her as Zelda. Eh, her as Shiek might be an easy kill.
Fourth, you should learn all the attacks and and basic movies. Learn a bit more of your smash attacks and use different combos. Just don't use the same thing over again. Like I said in third.
Fifth...
Well, you'd be a good Ganon to fight with. ^^

You're friend as Cap. Falcon seemed pretty predictable, and you are using Ganon so I suggest a variety of skills. You used a lot of the same ones over and over again.
Also even if it is Cap. Falcon you as Ganon are capable of beating him up a bit then doing one of the faster smash attacks on him. Don't always just keep them from the edges, some players are good enough to know how to counter that. So if that's you're only means of knocking them off along with grappling then try for a high percentage knock out
One last thing try facing the enemy for you're attacks... You had some bad times in the videos where you just hit the air with punches and kicks. Next thing you know their character get's a few shots in.
With Fox he got some obvious moves in that damaged you a lot. Mainly the long dash attacks, but also if you want more of a challenge try fighting you're friend as Falco. Faster and stronger plus you get better from it if your friend learns to use him right.
