this is what I think nintendo should do for a new mode of fighting.
If you ever played soul caliber 2 if you play team battle its a line of characters you selected. well I think it would be a neat idea if nintendo picked that up so you can play more than one character per match.

this is what I mean the battle style stays the same like super smash bros melee but have a team line up for example you have wario,mario, and link wario dies then you fight as mario mario dies you fight as link. And I think if they ever did it evert time you fight as a new character you should start over in lifes if you have it set for more than 1 stock.

ur point is valid and i thank they could add a mode like that but the people i play with use one to three characters within the game and haveing a mode like that wouldn't be usefull. confused
but if they do add it, u don't have to play the mode. confused

Hmm, I'd say as long as it doesn't entirely change gameplay, and, of course, if it's an optional mode, then I'll like the idea. 3nodding

I think what he's trying to say is it'd be like this: Say you're doing a 4 man stock match, you have 4 lives, but each life you have is a different character, sort of like the All Stars event matches, except you don't change stages.

i like this idea. what im thinking is that you respawn same as normal you are just with a different char. it wouldnt change gameplay, and would solve things like one person waiting to choose their char. based on who your char. is.
and it would be optional.
