For those of you who may be new to the guild, allow me to introduce myself:
I am The Happy Constable. A keeper of the [blue] peace. I have also taken it upon myself to direct those of you who may be a bit lost. biggrin
How to join:
Joining a Guild that is part of the new 'Gaia Guild Network' is very easy!
When you click on our Guild in the main directory, you will see a 'Request to Join' button on the upper right-hand side of the main guild page.
When it prompts you to write in your reasons for joining the guild, It'd be nice if you could include your preferred job title there as well. Though if you feel inclined to mull over it a bit, that's fine, too.
We would also like you to put the guild mule, HAPPY HAPPY GUILD, on your friendslist. This makes guildwide notices much easier to send. Even if the mass-PM function was disabled, we can utilize the Guild Mule friendlist to PM members with ease!

Guild Description:
This is a guild for anyone who loves Earthbound and/or the color blue.
Teran
For all intents and purposes we are a guild, and not a cult. To join this cult you should type in only blue, also the blue cow is to be worshiped on Cowday (That's Thursday to you nonbelievers). On our sacred cow day members are encouraged to wear blue clothing, although wearing blue all the time is even better. Also it is important to do your daily Blue, Blue chants. Other than this, the guild is all about being happy and having fun. Also we have an enemy cult, the Evil Sad Sad syndicate, who spread their evil red and taint everything with their redness (of evil no less). We must destroy the red, and make everyone happy and blue. Here are the positions available, you may choose any job listed, and you may request a different job from the leader.
Job information:
Every member plays a part in our Happy Happy community. Job titles tell people what part that is.
Many members have jobs. After all, how would we keep ourselves blue if Dark Cyan Chemist wasn't there to make the paint and dye?!
Below is a list of preexisting jobs [alphabetized for your viewing pleasure].
However, if you don't see one you like, you can always makes one up yourself!
As long as is has something to do with blue and Earthbound, anything goes!
Just take me for example. When I joined this guild I was 'The Bucket Bearer'. Later on I chose a new title for myself: "The Happy Constable".

Blueberry Collector- Collects blueberries that are eaten and used as dye
Blues Brother- Plays an instrument during the festivals
Blue Grass Grower- Upkeep's the village vegetation
Bristle Smith- Creates the paint brushes.
Brewer of Blue- In charge of brewing the ale of the town.
Bucket Bearer- Delivers paint where it is needed
Chef Cordon Blue- Chef that prepares nutritious blue meals.
Cow Keeper- In charge of feeding and maintaining the sacred cow
Cultist- All around member. If you aren't anything else, you're this.
Dark Cyan Chemist- Makes the blue paint and dye
Happy Healer- Doctor
Happy Heretic- Recruits other members for the cul- I mean guild.
Happy Hermit- Member of cult that lives outside the town.
Hood Crafter- Makes the hoods for the village.
Merry Merchant- Sells blue products
Paint Practitioner- Paints new buildings and equipment the sacred color.
Preacher of Happiness- Their job is to make sure members are happy.
Songstress- Female only, Leads the group in the Blue, blue chant
Wielder of the Paint brush- Warrior who wields a battle paint brush to defend against the Sad Sad Syndicate.

Guild Signatures:

Cow Day:
Cow day was every Thursday. On this most sacred of days, our leader, would choose one guild member. The lucky so-and-so would get to pet the sacred cow. Check the Cow Day sticky thread at the top of this forum to see who got to pet the cow.
