Sry if this is in the wrong place, but i need tips badly and more ppl can see it if its in the main forum
So im going to a local tourney this weekend, and there's a high chance ill be pitted against this one icy user in the later rounds. I've never played a real icy user and I plan on using fox, any tips on how to take down the icys with him?
in case you need to know: -i can wavedash, but not all the time especially not during a close battle, and id rather not risk trying to wavedash -i can l cancel pretty good -my 2nd main is puff, but my puff sucks against the icys sweatdrop , even my lil bro who never uses icys beats me confused . Anyways if anyone also knows a good way to beat the icys with puff im open for suggestions - im pretty sure the icy user cant wavedash, ive saw him paly at the same tourney last month and i didnt catch any wavedashing

well...you need to seperate them, kill the pink one first and then fight the blue one on the edge of the map. If you can kick him to a certain distance from the edge, he won't be able to get back on since he doesnt have a b(up)move. (because he doesnt have the pink one)

Hot_ArmS then what's a good way to separate them? just smash attack one of them to your left and then smash attack the other to your right.

When they both get really close, use reflect. You have to do that right when they come up to you though, not before.
