A friend and I were talking about Lost before school ended for the summer, and she had this crazy idea that the Others are Scientologists. This is stemming from the fact that the guy who played Ethan in season one is Tom Cruises cousin (no, seriously. William Mapother is Tom Cruises cousin. Google it yourself to find out) and the whole wacky experimentation thing. What do you guys think?

L. Ron Hubbard makes a guest apperance. The 'monster' is really a high thetan leveled spirit sent by Lord Xenu. Lord Xenu is trapped in the volcano in the middle of the island. The Polar Bear is a guardian of the eternal battery so noone breaks Lord Xenu out. Tom Cruise is Zeke aka 'Mr. Friendly'.

Hm that's interesting, but i don't think that Tom Cruise has anything to do with the show even though he is William Mapother's cousin. But it's something to look into.
