I'm not entirely sure I know what you mean by that, but favorite kickass couples/singles?
Yoruichi and Soi Fong of Bleach, to be sure! Hot ninja chicks = YES.
Favorite guy couple would probably have to be Edward Elric and Alphonse Elric. I know a lot of people are squicked by the incest, but I think it's a beautiful pairing and their relationship has so much in it. They're in (some kind of) love no matter how you look at it.

Well, when it comes to yuri couples I shall have to go for Haruka and Michiru from Sailor Moon.
As for yaoi couples... Kurama and Hiei! heart You just know there's something going on in that relationship.

I haven't really read any anime/manga pairings for ages... I'm on a Spander (Spike/Xander from Buffy) obsessive at the moment though - which might explain it. smile
