No, they have not come out with a Zelda movie. There is one in the works, it is not made by Nintendo, but it is a fan-film that loosely follows the story of Ocarina of Time. The characters do not look that good (Brunette Zelda, blonde Malon), but some computer graphics put in do.
From the trailer I've seen, I'd give it a 3.5/10, only for effort and because I love the game.

I mean they haven't put it out yet, by why didn't they just swap the girls around? Or if not the girl who's going to play Malon could have dyed her hair strawberry blond or red for the role. If that's the only problem, I think it looks like a great independant flick of Zelda.

I would so dye my hair blond to play Link. It would be so cool... and I've played an Ocarina before too... mae me feel very tropical. But I'm sad when it comes to OoT sweatdrop sweatdrop sweatdrop I even downloaded the songs from OoT and what not. I think my favorite ones are the Song Of Time and the melody from the Gerudo Valley... yes, sad... xd sweatdrop

There are actually two in production. One only slightly deals with Ocarina of Time and the other will relate more closely to it.

i know they made a cartoon series, its really old though, and links hair is BROWN?? and zeldas boobs were huge, if my memory serves me right....
