Is that a worldwise release date? Or just the American release date? *Chuckles*

Sorry... that was a very U.S. based announcement and I apologize. Thank you for bringing that to my attention. Does anyone know when it will be released elsewhere?

I'll have to look it up.

Oh, suggestion for the Guild Forum. You should add a sticky post to links to the best Anita Blake sites (or any site related to Laurell K Hamilton).

In the Merry Gentry discussion bit, "More gore, less sex!"

One of my favourite little scenes in the books is the little 'competition' between her and an actual cop. Throwing intestines, groping a dead woman's body, threatening to throw a baby's hand. It amused me. smile

I loved that one. I think it was from the Laughing Corpse. I may be wrong, but it think that was the book. I really liked that. It showed her mind strength and determination.

XD I remember laughing at that part and my sister reading it and mumbling that I needed a therapist.

That scene was just really starting to show how kick a** Anita can be (Gulity Pleasures didn't do as much for me O_o; Besides the whole Edward saying he'd torture his friend deal XD).

^^; Does anybody else still wish that Edward as better and stronger then Anita? I love Anita, don't get me wrong, but it seems more appealing for Edward to be stronger.

I think in many ways Edward will always be stronger and better than Anita, just because he has no boundaries whatsoever. Even though Anita is becoming more of a sociopath, she will never kill just for killing sake. That makes her weaker in certain situations. But I love the differences there and how much Edward loves challenging Anita.

Even though there is nothing sexual between Edward and Anita, I think he loves her. I think she is the only real friend he has.

In one of the books (cant remember which one sweatdrop ) Anita says to herself that she probably is Edwards only friend. Ok ppl may say that I'm crazy, but I think Edward is sweet, the way he looks out for Anita, in the book with the vamp who is older than a milenium. I have a really bad memory. *sigh* must read all books again. I think i agree that Edward loves Anita, in his own, weird sociopathic way.

Just for a completely random thought to insert:

The US release date, September 28th, is also the night of the full moon this month. Is that an appropriate coincidence or what? xd
