What world should I look in for this diety?
If you're talking PHB (Greyhawk) Gods, then Wee Jas, the Lawful Neutral god of death and magic, would be your lady. Her domains are Death, Law and Magic. As long as he doesn't pick Chaotic Good as his alignment then he can worship her. But, really, how many specialized wizards are going to have chaotic alignments? All that study and patience and hard work... Maybe if he's an evoker...
In Forgotten Realms there is always Kelemvor, the god of the dead, his domains are Law, Death, Travel, and Protection. There is also Osiris..
If it's another world then I can look the gods up for that world for you too domokun
I remember reading about one in Scarred Lands too.

Osiris is the closest god of death whose good, the rest are uaully Neutral evil or Lawful Neutral, oh and you guys forgot Jergal, he is the senschel to Kelemvor. Jergal was actually the god of Death BEFORE Myrkul, and he was the god who gave Bane, Myrkul, AND Bhaal there divine powers, he also watched and guided Cyric in the matters of death, but soon after grew to hate Cyric.......In my World Necrocadez is the God of death, He's True Neutral, mostly because he doesn't really care WHO he gets, just as long as they go where they need to go. As for Jergal, he also had to give Kelemvor a lesson in fairness too.......
