Mr. Game and Watch is the most koed for me...
and Donkey Kong has the most koes.
Go figure, I was going for 5,000 KO's and I set 3 lvl 1 hadicap 1 MR Game and Watches with donkey kong doing that one earthquake move the whole game. I got the score display pretty quick.

Not sure on the exact order, but my top 5 is something like this:
Marth, Roy, Fox, Pichu (nobody can beat the little suicide machine), and uhhh...I have no idea who could be next.
Last is Mr. Game & Watch.
