Thalia Veraldi, or as she preferred, Thalia, was a singer. She didn't perform for others or hold concerts, mind you, nor did she have any formal training. However, she sang and it made her heart happy to do so, so therefore, she was a singer. She sang of the seasons and to the flowers and to the clouds. She had sung to her foals, and her youngest, Caspian, had grown up with a voice even more clear than her own. She'd sung to her heart-mate, Oma, but... It had been two lifetimes since she'd seen him. He'd disappeared one day, not returning to their meeting place and she didn't have any manner of which to call upon him. She had never known his family, though he'd assured her he had them... and with no way of calling upon him, she had to move on, though she still thought of him often.
She had met her familiar, Tulio, a parrot who looked so much like her in his coloring that she often wondered if they were meant to be each other's companion. Tulio had stayed close with her while she got over Oma's disappearance, but these days he was off courting birds of his own, singing his own song to them. She'd had one courtship since Oma, one fling that didn't go anywhere, but gave her Caspian and two others, Hibana and Viniq, who stayed more with their father than with Thalia herself.
It hadn't crossed her mind to try and court again. She wanted a meaningful connection with another. Even if it didn't last long, she wished that it may have some deeper impact on her, and the stallion she courted, or if she got lucky, who chose to court her instead.
Thalia rarely got as lost in her thoughts as she did during flight in that instance, but fortunately the sound of song nearby was something that was able to pull her back into her awareness. She turned her gaze towards her surroundings and noted a lake beneath her. Deciding to land nearby, for the melody was so sweet that she wished to hear more on it, she landed softly and continued to approach on foot. She wondered what manner of Soquili could be singing such a gentle tune, and for whom.

* Tolas wakes up, the birds outside his little grove, were singing. He did have to get up and go check on his brothers. It had been a few years since they had all come here. Standing up he heads into that sunlight that was streaming through the trees. He looks up and notices the birds hopping for branch to branch. He shakes himself them grounds. Staring into the spirit world he smiles and opens his eyes his brother were safe. He smiles and grabs a apple from a low hanging apple tree before heading to the lake it was going to be another hot day. But at least the spirits were calm. It was a good thing. He did however need to talk to the storm spirits. Or the wind and water spirits the best way to focus was at the lake where the veil was the weakest for him. Heading down the tail.tpo the lake he humms and thinks of the words to the story by he knew. One day he would teach his children and the children of his brothers. He would also start recuit members and maybe some females. He missed his sisters they had got separated on their journey here. He hoped he would run into his sister's on day.
Reaching the lake he closes his eye, searches his wings out and sings.* " Oh spirits of wind and sky, heat me and come to me I call on Cathu and Jinny. The great spirits kings to come and share your wisdom." * His coat grows slightly and he focuses on the song* " we are balanced and are one." * He sings more and listens to world around him.*

Thalia had crept closer to see the singer and stopped short the moment she saw him. It was a stallion, with large round ears and a cat's tail. She looked to his feet and breathed a sigh of relief. Hooves, not paws. Not a shifter, then. He bore gentle colors and bold stripes and his singing was enticing.
She perked her ears forward, straining to catch the words and could only hear the faintest calls of names. Was he singing to someone else, then? She looked around and tried to see any others nearby, but as far as she could tell, she and the stallion were the only ones currently in the area. Except perhaps for the birds that sang in the trees and skies above.
Maybe he sings to the birds, or the flowers and clouds, like I do. She thought and smiled. He would be a kindred spirit, if so. She considered.
She cared not to interrupt him, but as she was taking a step back, to turn away, her hoof caught against something unseen, some pesky branch or rock and she stumbled, her wings unfurling and flapping so that she was able to keep her balance, despite her loud stumbling.
"Woah!" She exclaimed and then took a few moments to breathe easy, before looking back at the stallion, a sheepish expression on her face. "Oh, um, I'm sorry. I do beg your pardon."

* Talos hearing something, he opens his eyes. Looking around he spots a mare he looks shocked for second before looking her up and down.* " Hello miss, are you okay do you need some assistance. I'm Talos Sundancer it is nice to meet you." He lets his wings settle and relaxes he knew many soquli came to the lake. He didn't hear her and he felt a little bad about it. He mange to talk to his spirits, he was quite happy and was willing to help this mare or even get out of her way. The day was beautiful, he wouldn't mind company and smiles. He wiggles his leopard ears and tail. He watches her and relaxes more.
Well, spirits did say that he'd be meeting someone new today. Honestly he liked meeting new friends. Possibly this mare would be a friend or maybe she would take him on a Grand adventure. Only time would tell. Until then he would be friendly. He didn't sense any anger or hostility towards him. Maybe she was just here to check out the lake. It was a beautiful day and the lake was quite calm and cool. Maybe he could entice her to take a swim. He liked water. Or possibly he could share some of his wisdom until a couple stories. It had been awhile since he's told stories. Hadn't traveled for a bit. He had to stay close to his herd. As later. It was a possibility that his brothers would need him. Maybe she would take him on a Grand adventure. A little excited at the prospect he prances in prairie place. After stopping he kind of glares at himself he hadn't pranced in while he was acting like a foal. *
