  = Filler Part 5: System Reset Virtual Box Prototype Narrator: Well, Version 7.14 is Recent and it sounds backwards compatible. The Narrator said to Athena & Aphrodite  Young Enchantress: That's only in Software Rendering NOT Hardware Rendering. The reason being is that Version 6.0.24 is the Last Stable Version to 3D Accelerations. So Installing it on a newer or earlier build is not going to cut it. The Reason being is that after the Version 6.0 Series of VirtualBox, starting with Version 6.1, they changed the Hardware Acceleration Setting so it doesn't work with Older Windows Computers being XP, 2000, 98 & 95.
In Other Words, its like putting a Battery in Backwards during a Work of Fiction. The Enchantress said to Athena and her mother

= Filler Part 6: Scan Virtual Box Prototype *Time Card: Later That Same Evening* Narrator: Okay, I did a Reinstall and got the right version this time. Here we go The Narrator said to Athena & Aphrodite Young Enchantress: Its likely to do a Typical Install. Then you'll need to install the Drivers and Updates. The Enchantress said to Athena and her mother as the Narrator works on the Drivers next after the OS Core Logic Program is installed.  Young Enchantress: Sounds like the Narrator can't seem to get his VirtualBox to work right.
We can't get a Virtual Box to work for Win98 or Win95 at the moment. But I can talk about the other Operating Systems for it...
Windows 95 was Microsoft's First Entry into the Windows 9x Generation as its competitor was Apple's Macintosh OS 8
While the OS kernel for Win95 is 32-bit, much of its coding remained 16-bit for performance reasons.
So it sounded like Software Rendering for some games all the way to Elder Scrolls Redguard (Win98 Included), even though Redguard was a DOS and had a Windows Installer. The Enchantress said to Athena and her mother

The Enchantress said to the Narrator Narrator: Wait a Minute.. What if? *Runs a Hologram How To Vid* PCEm could be... That could work. While you're talking. After Windows 95, came Windows 98 which... The Narrator said to Athena & Aphrodite as he got to work on a new VM Code. Young Enchantress: Wait a Minute... You're Forgetting Windows NT 4... Speaking of which, how does it look? The Enchantress said to the Narrator Narrator: Windows NT 4? Was that really a thing? I'm doing my best and I think I may have found a way to apply Hardware Acceleration in a Virtual PC being Win98 in this case. The Narrator said to Athena & Aphrodite as he got to work on a new VM Code using PCem but Slight Audio Shuddering can be heard. Young Enchantress: Once again, you got the Drivers right but the Emulation Speed is wrong again.
Of course Windows NT 4 was a thing as while it used the Win98 UI, it had some slight changes. First it was a Successor to the Windows NT 3x series. Windows NT 4 was designed for businesses and professional users, such as Networking, Vending Machines and ATMs The Enchantress said to the Narrator Narrator: And then Windows 98 was mostly an updated version of Windows 95. Young Enchantress: Somewhat... Windows 98 was popular for everyday tasks like word processing, using spreadsheets, and web browsing. Additionally, it was known for its good support of older hardware and software, including games. So it was an Improvement to Windows 95. The Enchantress said to the Narrator Narrator: Okay.
