Uncle Seamus had treated the group to dinner after they had faced off against Alice's parents. She was more than her normal jovial self; in fact, she seemed to be shining all the brighter since the showdown. The weight that had been sitting on her chest was finally gone. She didn't have to hide herself anymore. Alice could enjoy her breaks without having to pretend to be a boy anymore. She was finally free. After they had finished eating, Seamus had gotten Lyric and Luna home, but Alice wanted to bring Sebby back with her so that he could see her bedroom as well. The three of them apparated into the living room of the O'Kerry family home and took a moment to get oriented. Aunt Erin and Genie appeared from the back and smiled when they saw the group. "Alice, mon ami how vas ze encounter?" Genie asked, looking to her cousin. Alice nodded a little then let out a sigh before she spoke. "It went... about as well as expected. Except that... Brian tripped over himself and peed a little." She started to laugh again. They'd laughed about that at the restaurant and she wanted to share the humor again. To think she'd been terrified of that man all her life... "Come sweetheart, do you want to see your room?" Aunt Erin asked.

Alice excitedly nodded her head and took Seb's hand in hers. Erin and Genie led the way to the room that had her name surrounded by flowers painted on it. They stepped to the side and allowed her to open the door. The walls had been painted a baby blue, which happened to be Alice's favorite color, and there was a bedspread to match it. They'd also set up an owl's perch beside one of the windows and Skye was currently happily perched upon it. She had a dresser, a desk, and two bookcases in the room as well. Despite her being an older teen, there was a night light plugged in by the bed and Alice giggled a little. "You remembered," she said with a grin when she spotted the light. She was still very afraid of the dark despite being sixteen now. Alice hugged her cousin and aunt, then said, "It's perfect! I love it!" Alice turned and hugged her uncle as well. "Thank you. Thank you all so much!" Turning to Seb, she grabbed his hand and tugged him into the room.
