This thread is for planned costumes that you have solid plans to do. Like you have started collecting the items to do so. This isn't a timeline goal list like "I'll do it by the end of the year".
I hope this is used to help others who may want to do the same or similar characters and would like to get notes from others.

Current Plans:
Character Costumes
Elsa (Frozen)- Ice Queen ver. Need to put in bodice lining and boning. Also need to figure out cap, wig, and accessories.
Anna and Kristoff (Frozen)- Adventure ver. Have fabric (Anna) to start it.
Elsa (Frozen 2)- Adventure ver. I have fabric to start it.
Rapunzel/Flynn Ryder (Tangled)- Have fabric and have started cutting, I need to figure out Flynn's wig and shoes.
Cinderella and Fairy Godmother (50s Movie)- Have dress, gloves, and necklace done. Need to do wig and other accessories. Fairy Godmother is mostly done.
Sailor Mercury/Venus/Moon/Jupiter (Sailor Moon)- Bodysuit is mostly done, have most of the fabric done, have wig for Moon.
Gray (Black Clover)- Working on pants, have everything, but for accessories
Eisen (Frieren)- Have most of the fabric to start.
Yukina (Yu Yu Hakusho)- Kimono's done, bow is mostly done, have fabric for obi, need wig and shoes.
Snow White (30s movie)- Have all buy yellow fabric, no wig yet.
Eowyn (The Lord of the Rings)- Shield Maiden Dress, have vest cut out.
Ichigo/Orihime/Matsumoto/Ichimaru (Bleach)- Have stuff to do Hakama, one pair of Waraji, and Matsumoto's badge.
Renge (OHSHC)- Just have to do bow, tie, and collar.
Rize Hawkeye and Roy Mustang (FMA)- Have stuff to do lining.
Princess Zelda and Link (Twilight Princess)- Have stuff to start Zelda's outfit.
BT (.Hack//Sign)- Got stuff to make dress
Hinata (Naruto Shuppuden)- Pants, hoodie, and shirt done. No wig or shoes. Working on leg pack.
Hinata and Naruto (Boruto)- Naruto jacket done, Hinata's shirts and hoodie done.
Yamuraiha (Magi)- Have fabric to make outer layer and belt.
Popuri (HM 64)- Have skirt done, have wig. Have fabric for shirt.
Sophie Hatter/Howl Jenkin (Howl's Moving Castle)- Movie beginning outfit. Have fabric for Sophie's Dress.
Shinobu (Demon Slayer)- Have mock up for top done, pants are cut out. Have headpiece in the works and wig.
Wonder Woman- '42 version. Pants are done. Have material to do top and shoes.
Princess Daisy/Luigi- Mostly done, just need to do wig.
Yor and Loid Forger (SpyxFamily)- In the works
Generic Pieces and Historical Pieces:
Bunny Suit- Have some of it cut out, tail done.
Burgudian Gown- Working on mock up for dress and socks. Belt in the works.
Tang Period Chinese Gown- Have Fabric.
Peplos- mock up done.
Witch outfit- mostly done.
