Her mother is a squib and owns a bakery and her father is magical and manages the family holdings. Both parents come from money and the family is comfortable. Her brother Vikram was born when she was two years old, and her brother Kavi was born when she was six years old. She kept expecting her magic to show throughout her life, but nothing happened. Her parents enrolled her at a private school called Bank View school to get her basic schooling achieved. On her eleventh birthday no owl showed up to deliver a letter, confirming her family's fears that she was a squib. In attempting to comfort her, Vikram accidentally had his first show of magic, which only served to upset her further. She did eventually forgive him, but it took a little while. Fati was given the choice to stay with the magical family or go live with a Muggle family, but much like her mother, she chose to stay with her magical family.
xxx𝒮𝒸𝒽𝑜𝑜𝓁 𝒴𝑒𝒶𝓇𝓈xxxxxxFirst Vikram went off to Hogwarts, then Kavi did, while Fatima instead was enrolled in Merchant Taylors' Girls' School. She was introduced to the person she was eventually going to marry, another squib from a magical family that she was arranged with. Initially she didn't like Reginald, but they became friends as they attended sibling schools. She did make lots of friends at school and joined a bunch of clubs. It became apparent at a young age that Fati was something of a math wizard, but she also excelled at science and the humanities. She also quite enjoyed reading and strategy games. Since her brothers were away at school and despite living in the same city as her school, she was an on campus student. Which meant that she got to spend summers at home with her brothers, which was something she relished. He was born at Broadgreen Hospital in Liverpool where he was raised alongside his sister. Vikram's father, Arjun, is a wizard, attended Hogwarts and works part time in the Ministry's Department of Mysteries. He also manages the family's holdings in several companies. Vik's mother, Chanda, is a squib and owns a pastry shop in Liverpool. Both families come from money and they live a very comfortable life. His sister Fatima is two years older than him. When Vikram was four years old, he younger brother Kavi was born. Vikram attended Bank View School when he turned four, joining his sister at the private school. His parents also had a charm school private tutor for him as well. As Fatima's eleventh birthday approached, Vik was both happy and upset; happy for his sister to be attending Hogwarts, but also upset that he wouldn't see much of her. However, no Hogwarts letter arrived for her, confirming the family's suspicions that she was a Squid like their mother. When she cried, Vik tried to comfort his big sister, in the process having his first display of magic. That only served to make her sadder, though she soon forgave him. On his eleventh birthday, he received his Hogwarts letter and it was his big sister who planned the party to celebrate.xxx𝒮𝒸𝒽𝑜𝑜𝓁 𝒴𝑒𝒶𝓇𝓈xxxxxxVikram's first year at Hogwarts was a mix of conflicting emotions for the boy. When he arrived, he was Sorted into Slytherin which was opposite to his father's Gryffindor. However, his father still approved of him and sent him many Slytherin related gifts. He did well in school. However, he routinely got lost in the castle while exploring.xxxSecond year saw Vikram continue to excel in classes and he continued to explore, poking his head into many different empty classrooms. He even attempted to climb the Ravenclaw Tower, but only made it a little up the building. He carried his brand new broom with him, just in case. Detention was a welcome side effect of his attempt, but he steeled his resolve that he would succeed in climbing the buildings.
xxxAt the start of third year, Vikram formed the Wanderlust Society, a club for adventurers to take hikes and explore the castle. He also reattempted to climb the Ravenclaw Tower, this time making it halfway to the top. During Quidditch try-outs, Vikram made the main team and only allowed one goal during the season.
xxxVikram's fourth went pretty swimmingly. He made the main team again, beating out Jaelah who returned from her year abroad. In Quidditch, he did pretty well, only allowing one goal through despite many shots taken at the goals. He did succeed in scaling the Ravenclaw Tower, which left one to conquer, the Astronomy Tower.
xxxFifth year, Vikram had a good Quidditch year. They also played a scrimmage game and Vikram played Chaser, rather than Keeper, which was pretty fun. He didn't do great in the game, but had a lot of fun. He also got to experience captainship in the scrimmage and they won. He didn't study much for his O.W.L. exams but did amazing in the ones he expected he would, failing the ones he already planned on dropping.
xxxVikram had an exciting sixth year. He was especially happy to not have to take the boring classes anymore. Quidditch was exciting and Vikram had an astounding year, defending his goals almost every single time they were approached. The year was also big because he confronted Csuri and they started a relationship. First it was only physical, but around the middle of the year, it turned into a real relationship. xxxKavi tried out for the Quidditch team again in second year and still found himself on the practice team, but he rather enjoyed the game and so he was okay getting some exposure. Besides, if someone needed him, he'd be there. On one jog alone, he met and befriended Tambry Hattley. Despite being a second year already, she was the first friend he'd made at the school. In third year, Kavi once again tried out for the team but as seeker instead. He didn't make the main team, but did wind up playing in a game as a substitute beater. He also played beater in the scrimmage game. His friend Tambry also confessed she had a crush on him and asked him on a date.
