After a lengthy trial and a series of rushed appeals, the decision over the sentencing of Malcolm Alexander has finally been released.

Mr. Alexander, known by his street moniker as Blackjack, escaped from a supermax federal prison last year by means still unknown. He continuously eluded police, FBI, and federal Marshalls for months; all while terrorizing the WWF:G community.

His rampage took the life of a young wrestler who appeared in a costume of another famous wrestler. He was eventually caught after kidnapping Dean Johnson, another prominent wrestler. Blackjack attempted to murder Dean Johnson on live television, having hijacked the broadcast from WWFG production. An anonymous tip lead authorities to the warehouse where Mr. Alexander was apprehended after having been subdued by Dean Johnson.

He has since remained in federal protective custody as he waited trial. Despite the myriad of charges as well as the threat of capital punishment, Mr. Alexander plead guilty on all accounts. Astonishingly the revolving door of appeals that wound its way to the supreme Court were filed on Mr. Alexander’s behalf by his lawyers, Isabella and Lilian, of Del Trios and partners, were all focused on his right to chose the means of execution.

The Supreme Court in a hastened decision had approved Mr. Alexander's appeal allowing him to request his means of execution. It has been confirmed in a statement from his attorneys that Mr. Alexander’s method of choice is a firing squad.

A date has yet to be set, but authorities assure us that Blackjack will remain in isolated protective custody at a federal blacksite until his execution.
