[Avari Fusion] vs Dustin Reeves

[-Nuclear Fusion-]

The crowd unleashed an almighty cheer as their fan favourite found a way back into this match potentially.

Avari watched as Dustin came back towards him. He ran past him at the far ropes, attempting to come back and catch him with a Running Bulldog!

"Ugh!" Dustin Reeves flys forward caught by the bulldog his face connecting with the canvas. Dustin rolls around a bit in the ring clutching his face, dazed by the move he leans against the ropes while sitting down.  

[-Nuclear Fusion-]

The pace in the ring seemed to be picking up, but at this point Avari sat on the mat for a second and licked his wounds.

He shook off some of the early hits he took as he slowly made his way up to one knee, then to his feet.

Looking over at Dustin, he stepped back and allowed his opponent to get up.


"Come on Reeves, show these people what you can do."

Dustin shook the cobwebs out of his head and made used the ropes to climb to his feet. He smirked at Avari's comment meeting him in the center of the squared circle.

Dustin Reeves : "Careful what you wish for!"

Dustin quickly tied up with Avari attempting to kick him and trying to go for a quick DDT.  

[-Nuclear Fusion-]

Avari wasn't expecting the quickness that Dustin brought in, but soon found himself tied up. Sooner than he was able to react, Reeves had transitioned to look for a DDT..

The Champion twisted out of it and looked to transition behind Dustin for a Neckbreaker!

Dustin telegraphed the move and ducked underneath catching his opponent's arm Irish Whipping him into the ropes and then running after him attempting a clothesline.  

[-Nuclear Fusion-]

Avari hadn't expected Dustin to get around the neckbreaker, but he was soon off.. Reeves ran off the far ropes and came at Fusion and..

The Champ dropped to his back, waiting for Dustin to run on, then kipped back up to his feet.

On the rebound, Avari attempted to a standing dropkick!

Dustin Reeves bounced off the ropes as he came towards Avari he was leveled with a standing dropkick. Falling flat on his back he sat up quickly trying to shake the cobwebs from his head.  

[-Nuclear Fusion-]

Avari shot up to his feet after the incredible series of moves, culminating in a beautiful standing dropkick.

He raised his arms out in an eagle motion as the crowd erupted into cheers!

Fusion turned to face his opponent, looking to plant a standing moonsault into a pinfall!

Dustin Reeves still trying to shake the cobwebs from the dropkick did the only thing he could think of while Avari was as flipping through the air. He tucked his knees up in hopes of stopping the champions momentum, trying to drive both knees into his abdomen.  

[-Nuclear Fusion-]

What a beautiful counter maneuver as Dustin gets his knees up, leaving Avari nothing but a hard landing on his ribs.

He flipped over several times in pain, crying out as the ref came to check him over!

Dustin with cobwebs now gone from his head makes his way to his feet. He looks over at Avari and heads over in his direction. He pushes the referee out of the way as he's checking on Avari much to the crowds dismay and then tries to deliver a series of stomps to Fusion's ribs trying to soften them up even further.  

[-Nuclear Fusion-]

The rib stomps were brutal, and it seemed like maybe Dustin had found a particular spot to target in this match.

He cried out in pain, trying to turn his body away from the incoming blows as much as he could..

Dustin Reeves smiles at Avari's cries of pain. He learned fast from his previous mistake of galavanting around the ring. Instead he didn't let up on the champ. Scooping Avari up to his feet he ties him up and goes for a quick snap suplex.  

[-Nuclear Fusion-]

Avari was quickly lifted up to his feet, only to be planted with a snap suplex.

There was something incredible about a rookie taking the fight to the World Champion, but this was a spectacle to behold!
