[Avari Fusion] (C) vs Bison Mbadi

[Daemonsparta]

The audience could see Avari straining as he pulled the hefty 375 pounds of dead weight that was Bison. He was abke to pull it off though, the caribbean colossus rolling back into the ring.  

[-Nuclear Fusion-]

Avari breathed deep as he had been straining to get Bison into the ring.

He hopped up to the ring apron, readying himself.. gripping the top rope, he jumped up onto it and leaped into the air, looking to catch Bison with a big elbow drop!

 

[Daemonsparta]

Bison groaned on the mat, groggy from having his flesh meet steel from the hurricanrana. The air was forced from his lungs as Avari came down with the elbow.  

[-Nuclear Fusion-]

The crowd cheered as the high-flying elbow drop connected, as Avari rolled on top of Bison for a pinfall!

 

[Daemonsparta]

The ref dropped down.

2!


Th- no! Bison got the shoulder up at 2 and a half!  

[-Nuclear Fusion-]

Avari had a look of near disbelief as the two count came in, and he asked the ref to make sure.

But the ref was damn sure it was only two and this match must continue.

Taking his time to get to his feet, contemplating another move.. he makes sure that Bison is in the ring enough, before gripping his ankle and attempting a Grounded Ankle Lock!

 

[Daemonsparta]

Bison bellowed as his ankle was twisted. He reached for the ropes, but his fingers were just an inch or so away. His face was a grimace of pain as the ref checked on him. Asking Bison if he wanted to tap.


"... NO!" He roared. Bison used his size and power to turn over , lifting his free leg and bringing it down onto Avaris chest with an axe kick.  

[-Nuclear Fusion-]

The axe kick came down hard, and Avari immediately let go of the hold. He clutched his body and rolled slightly away, wincing at the pain.

 

[Daemonsparta]

Bison crawled to the corner, using the ropes to pull himself back to a vertical base, attempting to get feeling back in his foot  

[-Nuclear Fusion-]

Avari turned a little more, getting back to one knee, clutching his chest. He looked over to see Bison getting slowly to his feet as well, and called out to him.

"Bison.. I appreciate you!"

The crowd were listening in, as Avari pointed out around the arena.

"These fans appreciate you, too. They appreciate everything you've done, and how far you've come.."

Avari then smiled at his challenger for the night.

"But tonight is not your night, my friend."

Avari then stood up, a few welts on his chest, and ready to battle on with his opponent.

 

[Daemonsparta]

Bison stared back at the champion.

"Avari... I appreciate you..." he shouted back.

"Everyone here appreciates you... but I disagree...tonight is my night!"

Bison stepped out from the corner, still partially favoring the foot that was caught in the ankle lock. He stood in the center, swinging out a right hand.  

[-Nuclear Fusion-]

The right hand connected and Avari had to turn his head to shake it off.

He rallied back with a low kick to the injured ankle.

 

[Daemonsparta]

Bison howled in pain as his legs wobbled. He clenched his teeth, firing back with a massive chop for avaris chest  

[-Nuclear Fusion-]

Avari felt that chop like a man being hit by a car. He tried to take the pain but couldn't help but wince and clutch his red chest.

He rallied a second time, this time aiming for a combination of a chop, forearm to the face, and a low kick.

 

[Daemonsparta]

The chop hit Bisons chest like a whip, followed by the forearm and his leg staggering from the kick. He fumed, huffing and puffing as he turned back the champion, lunging forward with a headbutt
