3 Days ago, Wheel of Fortune started its 41st Nighttime Syndication Season and the bad news is that this season is also Pat Sajak's Last Season as the current host of that game as he decided to leave the show for a second time. So, we'll pay homage to his passion of hosting that game brought immense joy to Wheel Watchers everywhere from 1981-1989 and again from 1992-2024 and was a mentor to so many Wheel of Fortune Staff.
So the Summer of June 2024 will be his Final Show Tapings as we'll be in the Final Months of Sajak as the Host for Wheel of Fortune since the Countdown begins New Years 2024.
That being said, Rocking New Years Eve alumni, Ryan Seacrest, will be the new Host of Nighttime Wheel of Fortune by its 42nd Season.
So because this is Pat Sajak's Last Season Hosting Nighttime Wheel of Fortune, we should all wish him the best of luck and a fond farewell. Please join us in a moment of silence followed by the Traditional 10-Bell Salute...

[Player's Room] The PSA begins with Alex with Xion, Namine and Kairi first helping with the girls with Christmas lights. Okay, Kairi, just a little more and we can light up the lights! It's going to look great when its ready, Nami and Xi! I see this year, the narrator has some announcements to make before 2023 is over which is later on along with some tech demos of the past before the Internet back in a time where things were more simple. *Segment: Christmas Nights Into Dreams Time & Date* Here's something you didn't know. Christmas Nights Into Dreams has a Clock Setting Feature on that Demo Disc where depending on the Time and Date you set the Game too depends on different formats which sounds like 3-4 Different Games...
New Years NiGHTS = January 1st to January 15th
Winter NiGHTS = January 15th to February 13th, February 15th to February 28th, November 1st to November 25th or December 26th to December 31st
Christmas NiGHTS = November 26th to December 25th
Limited Edition NiGHTS = Outside Winter, New Year's and Christmas Seasons
Christmas NiGHTS is very hard to find as the game sells for a Fortune on its own but the story is touching. "Twas the Night before Christmas and all throughout the snow fallen city, people are buying presents for their friends and love ones while two children decide to see the Christmas Tree in the Town Square that their elders put up however, they forgot to put a Christmas Star on top and so its up to the two children to finish the Christmas Tree that the grownups started."
Like Most Christmas Games of the 1980s and 1990s, they would take a shareware game and make it Winter Wonderland Themed to build up hype for the Full Retail Version and like the Shareware Version, the Christmas Version of a Console or Computer Game of the 1980s & 1990s, only have a few levels such as 1-2 before Ordering Info Screen along with the High Scoreboard is shown. Her's something from 1980. A Tech Dealer Demo for the Atari Home Computers. Back then this was the earliest form of Demoscenes you would see at Electronic Stores to showcase a new Computer. The Atari 400 & 800 handled Financing, Home Entertainment akin to the Atari 2600, Business Management Professional Applications, PASCAL Coding which is Pilot A BaSic Computer Assembly Language, Programing, Music Composition, TouchTyping and more. It even played Star Raiders like the Atari 5200 did. In the meantime, The Narrator did another Rules of the Game PSA for Let's Make a Deal, another Costume Themed Game but with a Marketplace Set with Minigames to score Standard to High Quality Prizes. Sounds like another OOC Game for the Game Lab. Alex said to Kairi and her sisters.

*Segment: Tandy Color Computer 3 1986 Demo*
Here's something from 1986. A Tech Dealer Demo for the Tandy Color 3 Computer which had at the time... RGB Color Multi-Paks Hard Drives and Printers with Word Processing, Financing Managements, Telecommunications even Home Entertainment. 512K Memory Expansion and more since Radio Shack sold it for $95 back then. So this was back then when Stores had Tech Demos in the Electronics Department where they had new computers or devices as an Attract Mode Showcase.
This was used to demonstrate the new hardware to potential buyers. However, it has to be doing something so it does not sit Stagnate for TOO Long.
I mean the Narrator has seen an Arcade Machine abandoned as they have a feature where a game in progress ends automatically and returns to the Title Attract if its left Idle for too long.
So most arcade games have this feature. Alex said to Kairi and her sisters.

OOC: That actually happened this year when I was playing air hockey. Someone left a Bowling Arcade Game Idle for too long and the game terminated itself back to the Title and Attract Screens as there was a game in progress. Prince of Persia 2 also did this too as stated in the game manual.

*Segment: Links 386 CD - C.E.S. Loop 1995 Dealer Demo* Here's a Fun Golf Game as a Tech Demo from 1995, Kairi, Nami and Xi, since its one of the Best Golf Games for its time as it predates Microsoft Golf for Windows 3.1, 95 & 98. The Floppy Disk Version of that Game came out in 1992 while the CD-ROM Version came out in 1995. The Tech Demo has a Full 18 Hole Stroke Game in a Replay State.
The Reason being is that you can run the game in a Replay State with 8 Players along with a Command Prompt Line to force the game to run in a Replay state which was used in Electronic Stores.
So Links 386 on its own isn't hard to find but the trick is this as there's Course Expansions as a Selling Point since they were Sold Separately until Links LS 2000 was released. Links 2003 Champion Edition is one of the Best Links Games game and the last of the Links Golf Series. Alex said to Kairi as he talked about Links 386 next.

Next is the Amiga Graphics Architecture Set from 1992 Dealer Demo, showcasing the Amiga 1200. The Commodore Amiga 1200 for its time had Power & Speed measuring at... = 68020 14Mhz 32-Bit Processing = Memory Cache = 32-Bit RAM = Improved AGA Chipsets = 4x Faster than the Amiga 500 It's Mulitasking & Multimedia Features include... = Workbench 3.0 OS = Simple Mouse Control = Reads PCMcia 2.0 Cards = Expands to over 10 Megs = 4 Channel Sound = Graphics Text & Sound The thing about the Amiga 1200, is that during the 1980s, Commodore cemented its Reputation with its home computer market with the Vic-20, Commodore 64 and Amiga Chipset Computers. Following the Video Game Crash of 1983 and 1984, SEGA & Nintendo rose from the ashes while Commodore collapsed after their Computer Decline during the Late 1980s and Early 1990s which around that time, Commodore went out of business by 1994.
