Butterfly Bumps - 2
Lasagna 1 10OZ. package of noodles 1lb Mozzarella Cheese 1 cup large curd cottage cheese 2 eggs 4 tsp Salt 1/2 tsp Pepper 1LB. Ground beef 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1Tbs olive oil 1 clove of garlic 1Tbs parsley flakes 1Tbs basil 1 can of tomatoes 1 6 oz. can of tomato paste
Brown meat Add tomatoes , the paste, half the salt, and the basil. Simmer uncovered about 1 HR., stirring occasionally. Cook noodles. Rinse.
Combine cottage cheese with eggs, rest of salt, pepper, parsley, & parmesan cheese. Place 1/2 noodles in 9x13pan, spread 1/2 cottage cheese mixture over, add 1/2 mozzarella cheese & half meat mixture Repeat layers- noodles, cottage cheese mixture, mozzarella, meat Should be two layers of each, but can adjust Bake 375 for 30 min

My Easy Peasy Ranch Potatoes
Slice up your desired potato(russet, baby red, yellow, ect) Place in a bowl with ranch and mix Cook in oven on 400 for an hour OR microwave for ten minutes. Thicker slices and bigger amounts will need longer to cook. A solo portion cam be microwaved in 4-6 minutes
Sprinkle shredded cheese on top in the last ten minutes in the oven or last minute in the microwave

Dark Soy Sauce Chicken 1 Rotisserie Chicken (can be leftovers - change below amounts accordingly) ~2 - 4 tablespoons of ginger (to taste) ~2 - 4 tablespoons of garlic (to taste) 1/2 cup regular soy sauce 1/2 cup dark soy sauce 1/2 cup water 2 tablespoons of neutral oil
Steps 1) Prepare the chicken by cutting it into smaller pieces - personally I prefer to remove the bones as well, but feel free to leave them on if you prefer 2) Heat up the oil on medium low - medium heat in a wok or low pot. Make sure it has a cover/can be covered. 3) Add in the garlic and ginger. Stir until fragrant. 4) Throw in the chicken. Mix with ginger and garlic until warmed. 5) Add in both types of soy sauce and the water. Thoroughly combine. 6) Bring the dish to a simmer and cover the pot. Check occasionally. 7) The dish is done when the liquid is mostly evaporated. Plate and enjoy!
