Richard follows the mermaids to the Outskirts. Athena, Richard, be ready to help Bloom & Daphne when they need it. Sybille said to Athena and Richard, then cast her spell on Bloom and Daphne. Their human transformations began and were now transforming from mermaids to humans. Bloom & Daphne felt their mother's magic as they began to completely change.
Both Bloom & Daphne moaned as they felt their fins splitting into two, her lower fish body began to disappear as it started to lose its color and match skin tone. their legs emerged, and their tail fins become feet. The spell was completed but now a naked Bloom and Daphne were unable to breathe underwater, and they couldn’t swim either.
Richard helped Bloom to the Surface while Athena helped Daphne and swam to the surface as fast as they could. The group kept swimming and swimming until finally managing to get Bloom and Daphne above water. the 2 mermaids turned human took a huge breath of air upon reaching the surface. With that problem solved, everyone guided bloom and daphne to the nearby shore of St. Ivalice Bloom, Daphne, are you 2 alright? Richard said to Athena's friends as they helped them *exit to St. Ivalice*
