Cheri wiggled ever so slightly in the palm of the Zarude’s hand as it picked her up and prepared to launch her. Her eyes focused on the Necrozma and even as she was sent shooting at was probably the speed of sound (at least!), it never wavered. Three. Two. One.
THUD.
In the seconds before impact, Cheri had summoned forth her very willpower and slammed headfirst into the Necrozma. If a sound rang out, she didn’t hear it, but the impact was enough to ripple the air around the pair. Cheri felt the energy of the impact as it moved from her body and through the Necrozma; tough as it was (and it was tough) it was certainly not prepared for the equivalent act of an unmovable object meeting the unstoppable force.
The Espurr righted herself, using her psychic skills to slow her fall. And she would’ve done the same for Necrozma, had it not quickly fallen like a rock. She landed with a little ‘plop’ next to it and toddled over, patting the side of its supposed face plate. Was it conscious? Better if it wasn’t. "Good night." She turned to address the Regies, narrowing a look at them. It seemed they'd picked up what was put down about not causing trouble. Good.
She toddled back towards Zarude, looking up at the monkey. "You all should eat. I bet you're grumpy because you're hungry." Now where had those food bowls gone? She began her way back towards where she'd last seen Cloud and Beardia. They'd know.

Noah 2 gave a sigh of relief. In some way, he was glad everything was alright. The adrenaline high he’d been running on was slowly making its exit. He perked up at her comments, face tinted red as his cheeks puffed out in pride. ”Well, thanks! I mean you did great too! I was just doing what… what Beardia asked.” It was suddenly very quiet and now he was worried. There were only a couple of eggs still in the wagon and he didn’t feel it was right to gather more until they were sure it was safe.
”We should find the caretakers!” He glanced at the gaggle of babies. ”Or… one of us should get them.” Because leaving all these babies by themselves was bound to cause trouble. He turned his attention to Blobby and gestured. ”I can watch them if you want to bring them over here! I think that’d be best, you’re the tallest right now!” Kind of sort’ve. Also, Noah 2 still wanted to avoid Cheri. It was only a matter of time before he had to deal with her, but the longer that took the better.
Even with the sound of impact right behind it, Noodle didn't stop moving until it had returned to Castle's side. "Excellent aim," it complimented. It didn't need to look to know that Deoxys was unconscious—the light Noodle perceived as other life forms had dimmed—but it did it anyway: hovering in close to peer down at its unmoving form; it looked a lot like Noodle had when it'd been knocked out of the sky, the legendary imagined. Noodle turned back to Castle. "Thank you again for coming to my aid," there was a pause and, for once, Noodle seemed unsure of itself and was mulling something over. It came to its conclusion quickly.
"You are a good friend," Noodle said, a hint of emotion in its monotone.

Zarude looked from the unconscious Necrozma to Cheri. From Tornadus to Cheri. From the Regies to Cheri. When it finally did open its mouth to speak, the ape was cut off by Beardia and sneered angrily. "Before anyone eats we need to check to make sure none of the other pokemon were hurt," she explained as she floated over. By her side was Cloud, who zipped over to Cheri and wrapped her in his strongest hug. "YOU WERE SO COOL CHERI!" he gushed. "You went flying all like WOOSH! And the way you hit that baby with a WABAM!" He was slow to release her from his hug and even after he'd done so, he kept close to his friend. Still pouting, Zarude watched from the sidelines.
"...And call in a few humans. They'll be better equipped to handle this large and boisterous of a group," Beardia was saying, her cool gaze sweeping over the ruined and burnt landscape, and the two unconscious pokemon that lay on the ground in similar states.

Since she was always smiling it was hard to tell when she was truly happy, but this was one of those times; usually, only Cloud complimented her work. Blongaskhan gave a firm salute to Noah 2, dropping the wagon's handle so that she had the full posture. "Anyone can listen to orders, but not everyone can do them well!" she spouted.
Seeing the wisdom in Noah 2's words—no wonder he was Cheri's number 2—Blongaskhan nodded her head. "Okay!" And off she went, stomping off in the direction of the caretakers. She stopped, just once, however, to watch as the last two eggs began to hatch. Blongaskhan rushed back quickly to pet the heads of the fish and living bell that rolled out into the wagon; the bell rolled. The fish flopped. Copying Cloud's stance, Blongaskhan threw back both arms.
"Welcome to the world, new babies!"
