Question: If someone you wish to breed your skinwalker with insists on all breedings being together, how would you explain this in story canon? And How should this be handled in breeding forms? Answer: It would be moot point, because I would never agree to it. But theoretically, in canon I would say those were the only breedings with Hawk that "took" and resulted in pregnancies. He holds no loyalty to anyone, least of all a single mare. (For another walker, I might say they were particularly fond of their partner's genetics and thought they produced strong offspring, but love would have nothing to do with it.) Regardless, the pair wouldn't be lifemated - only charmed walkers can lifemate.
Question: Do skinwalkers form family units or care what their family thinks? Answer: Not in the slightest. At most, a mother or father might take interest in their offspring from a purely selfish standpoint. If their kids don't survive, their bloodline won't continue. (But then again, if the kids aren't strong enough to survive, better they die off than pass on their weak genetics.) Again, charmed walkers are the exception to this rule.
Question: If you have a hard time RPing a skinwalker in character, what can you do?. Answer: Either stick to non-canon roleplay or charm them.
Question: Can skinwalkers be entered into Wishing Stars and if so what type? Answer: Yes, but only if they are charmed. If they aren't charmed, they cannot enter wishing stars.
Question: Skinwalkers can, on rare occasions, form packs/herds to organize an attack, but they always break apart shortly afterwards or sometimes even before they manage to stage the raid. What do you think happens to cause these breakups? Answer: Walkers are inherently selfish. The second they perceive another Soquili as a threat to their own goals, they'll either sever the temporary alliance or outright attack them. And even if they don't perceive them as a threat, at some point the very act of attempting to cooperate will become so inherently grating that their instincts allow them no choice but to turn on each other.
Question: In your own words, please explain the nature of skinwalkers. Answer: Egotistical personifications of pure bloodlust. While they might be regarded as evil, I believe the truth to be more complex than that. They are forces of nature, instinctually violent, and incapable of considering the emotions or rights of others as living creatures.
