PERSONALITY: Rhett is generally a more reserved male than most other students. He tends to favor more quiet settings when not busy on missions but does his best to remain presentable when with Joan. He treats himself and everyone (unless given a reason not to) with the respect of a nobleman, although he can come off as awkward due to his inability to connect with people as well as Joan. Despite this, he's by no means the most timid of his peers. Rhett can be among the first to leap into action when it's time to jump into the mission. His previous remarks from his other school praised his grades but all critiqued his lack of drive to push him forward. He dislikes this drastic change in scenery but tries to make the best out of what he can work with.

BIOGRAPHY: Rhett Abernathy, the sole son of the Abernathy family, began with a rather privileged start compared to most others. His parents, two rather well off business owners, had given him the benefit of their hard work. They were just beginning steps of associating with the other high off families of such. Any toy he wished was given, and any desire was met with the upmost haste. While starting off as snobbish as a child, this divide between him and other children would eventually lead him into falling in between most other children. His wealth and rather gifted appearance caused most of the other youths to ignore his requests to join in the fun. The other, typically snobbier children of families he visited tended to belittle him for his upbringing and caused a rift in between the two extremes. This caused Rhett to keep to himself and tend to focus on his studies and remain in his marble prison as a child. While glad for his safety compared to other kids, his parents did remain worried for how their son would be able to communicate with most other people well. It was a common sight to see him being dragged out of his room to a gathering as he remained off in a corner somewhere, keeping to himself as he was reading from a book or playing a game. Rhett would soon discover his fascination of weapons and meisters after learning of their exploits from the newspapers and wish to become one himself.

His very first school, a rather unknown school in training meisters and weapons, was his first stop among many others. His upbringing of strict coursework and his rigorous routine of keeping to a schedule of perfected schooling had brought him wonders in term of placements. His professors praised the boy's grades and presentation as he constantly would push himself to outdo himself on every assignment, often to his own degradation. Yet all reports had always the same notes given to his parents. Signs of lacking communication with other students. Instead, he was commonly found in the library by himself or staying away from the other kids. His timid behavior made friends a rarity, with even fewer knowing personal things about him. This streak continued throughout his school year, as his parents would begin searching for somewhere that would offer more advancement than what his current school could offer. Their search landed Rhett into the esteemed Death Weapon and Meister Academy.

His journey to the DWMA was the first time in his life that he's fared by himself, his sheltered life leaving him a little lost in what to do around the school. He arrived at the school a bit confused and was searching around for the new student orientation but was wandering around the campus for an hour or so before somebody found him, a weapon by the name of Joan. She helped him along and the two would very quickly become close friends. By some luck, without Rhett knowing, she would be paired with him in an effort to help encourage him to step out of his comfort zone and push himself in his social interaction while attending here. Ever since, he's tried his best to make sure that Joan won't be too ashamed of him for that.

Traditionalists gain two additional perks for the Soul Resonance skill. Can resonate with their partner at double the distance and one level higher. They are also able to perform Soul Perception techniques at one level higher while wielding their Demon Weapon. While remaining loyal to one Demon Weapon partner, the meister gains one additional perk per level.

⇨⇨⇨⇨ The soul of the lover is incredibly passionate and intent on pursuing their dreams. The hum of their wavelength has the high highs and low lows of romance. As a result, lovers cast spells or perform techniques that are one level harder to dodge once every five posts. They gain one point in Guts but lose one point in Strength. Lovers are highly compatible with heroes, artists, and sages and incompatible with explorers. They are neutral with all other archetypes.

Soul Resonance
⇨ Resonance Barrier | Scaled Level | Tier 1 | Spirit
The Meister channels the Soul Resonance energy outward, producing a visible barrier around their person and that of each other team member. The tier of this technique determines its strength, although the barrier will act one level higher in strength if the Soul Resonance includes three or more people.

⇨ Resonance Wavelength | Level 1 | Tier 1 | Spirit
Even if the Meister is uninitiated in the art of fighting with a wavelength directly, experienced Soul Resonance Meisters are capable of channeling their wavelength and their partners' wavelength easily, producing a radial blast from their person that is twenty feet wide.

⇨ Soul Piercer | Level 2 | Tier 1 | Spirit
The Meister weaponizes their resonating soul wavelength in a spear-like shape ahead of them. The spear of wavelength shoots out from their person up to fifty feet ahead.

⇨ Witch Hunter | Level 2 | Tier 1 | Spirit
Named after the famed scythe Meister technique, this skill uses the same concept of sharply channeling resonating soul wavelength energy through the weapon to grow it in size and strength. The Meister is able to produce a basic attack or swing with this technique active, which will treat magic-based defenses and techniques one level lower in strength. Lasts for two posts.

Soul Wavelength
⇨ Aggressive Shock | Scaled Level | Tier 1 | Spirit
This shock is designed to hurt. On top of doing damage appropriate to its level, this kind of shock tends to disorient the opponent and frequently leaves them seeing double. The opponent's next attack misses if they've gathered less souls than their opponent.

⇨ Disabling Shock | Scaled Level | Tier 2 | Spirit
This shock is focused far less on damage and much more on inhibiting the opponent. This technique prevents the opponent from using the last attack they used for the rest of the battle. This is only usable on one opponent in a battle and the level paid is equivalent to the technique being locked.

⇨ Oppressive Shock | Scaled Level | Tier 2 | Spirit
This shock is focused far less on damage and much more on inhibiting the opponent. This technique reduces the opponent's action by one in their next post, only affecting one opponent, regardless of how many are struck by this technique. Only usable twice a battle and not on the same opponent.

Soul Construct
⇨ Soul Orbs | Level 1 | Tier 1 | Resource
The Meister creates 1 - 10 orbs the size of a baseball. This can be used to distract, harass, or block the enemy. Additionally, the Meister could hold onto them and use it for mobility. These constructs last three posts.

⇨ Soul Armor | Scaled Level | Tier 1 | Resource
This technique is created only in contact with the Meister's body. Soul construct energy surrounds the Meister to protect the body. The armor can look, aesthetically, however is desired. This armor lasts two posts per level.

⇨ Soul Barrier | Scaled Level | Tier 2 | Resource
This technique must be created in contact with the Meister's body, typically extending from the palm of their hand or the their foot for convenience. Soul construct energy surrounds the Meister in a typically spherical manner. It can extend up to twenty feet wide and twenty feet tall, protecting multiple people if desired. The barrier can look, aesthetically, however is desired and does not require contact with the Meister to maintain, only to create. This barrier lasts two posts per level.

⇨ Soul Arsenal | Scaled Level | Tier 2 | Resource
The Meister can create any weapon at will. They can also create things like chairs or tables. The limitation is that no more than five separate components can be created with this technique per level. Each component cannot exceed ten foot by ten foot dimensions. More complex things like people can be created but they won't fool anyone or move on their own.

ALIAS: Crazy fist (An allusion to her weapon form and she’s a crazy(overly intense) person to be partnered with.)

HANDEDNESS: Cross dominant, is Left handed with fighting and sports, is right handed for nearly everything else. So if this refers to combat then she is left handed.
PERSONALITY: A hard headed, short term thinking, impulsive in the moment bruiser with a heart of gold and a serious heroic streak. She is known to be rambunctious and energetic, generally friendly and very confident in herself and a bit imposing of her own beliefs. She is quick to physical action and believes that any challenge can be bulldozed through, rushing in with what seems like zero though and total reckless abandon and as such she has no partner. SHE is in fact more careful than she seems, knowing her abilities are best used in close quarters and not close to allies as her weapon form is very big and as a result quite dangerous, she also has a good deal of martial arts training and combat instinct which normally doesn’t fail her and she simply can’t explain feelings or the simple knowledge she/they can do it if they follow her lead. She is a bit pushy and overconfident to a point of general arrogance and the fact she will impose her opinions and beliefs on others, with force if need be, though this normally pertains to nasty people or on rare occasion, people she just doesn’t mesh well with.

BIOGRAPHY: [ Known as a minor upstart of a weapon as she managed to pull herself out of the NOT class without achieving a Meister partner. She is known to have great combat instincts and without being on the level of a lone weapon type, she is given credit for her efficient ability to use her partial transformation to dominate in combat. That aside, he is very secretive and often shares only what he wants people to hear rather than what´s actually going on through his head. The bloodsucker opens a cloak or extends the hand and a torrent of bats is released while an enemy is performing a spell or technique. This allows the bloodsucker to use a spell at one level higher in strength up to level five once every five posts.

↯ Bloodsucking Bastards ↯
The bloodsucker performs a bloodletting ritual by slicing their hand open. Their next blood spell refunds them half the mana. This perk has a five post cooldown.

↯ Full Veins ↯
While in bats form, the bloodsucker can absorb 1/2 of the resource of a technique they dodge in this form, once every five posts.
Tier Two
↯ Blood from a Stone ↯
Once every five posts, one of the bloodsucker's techniques drains one level lower than the base technique in resource from one opponent.

↯ Count Chocula ↯
Once every five posts, the bloodsucker can use one magic technique from any known skill tree for no cost or action while in bats form.

↯ Flight from Death ↯
Once per battle, if a killing/fight-ending blow strikes the bloodsucker then they dissolve into a cloud of bats and reform wherever the vampire chooses. This does not consume an action or a mana cost and once the bloodsucker reappears they are healed from the major injury but all other injuries remain.

☾ Vampire Bats | Level 1 | Tier 1 | Mana
The vampire channels mana throughout their body to transform into a cloud of two dozen bats. As a cloud of bats, the bloodsucker can fly quickly for travel purposes. In combat, dissipating into a cloud of bats lasts for five posts. In bats form, the bloodsucker forgoes their Soul Guard and embraces their undeniable magical creature origin. Soul Guard can be recast once outside of this bats form.
☾ Bloody Slicer | Level 2 | Tier 1 | Mana
This spell is executed by cutting the wrist and exposing their blood before flicking their wrist and/or arm. This causes blood to be spilled in the air and harden as a projectile blade towards an opponent. There is also a close-range variant of the attack in which instead of sending a projectile, a blade is created from the blood, capable of skewing the opponent.

ELECTROMANCY
☾ Thunderbolt | Scaled Level | Tier 1 | Mana
The electromancer fires a scaled level thunderbolt at a target. This bolt of lightning will destroy any technique or spell that is lower in level than it is.
☾ Lightning Storm | Level 2 | Tier 1 | Mana
The electromancer fires a bolt of lightning into the sky and creates a lightning storm, which strikes the opponent. The storm lasts for four posts and during this time, thunderbolt can be cast from the heavens for 25% less resource cost, at a maximum of one cast per post for the storm duration.

Regardless of the Madness tier of any opponents (or lack thereof), the user can generate baseball-sized abstract, incomprehensible visual-only illusions that confuse the opponent. This generation isn't an ability and doesn't cost an action, nor does it induce Madness, but it can cause confusion and distract opponents. These can be things like the untrackable 'eye squiggle' that some people get in the corner of their vision, but can also be things like vague doodles that can't be looked at directly or even visual glitches in the environment that fix themselves once the opponent(s) look at it.

↯ Predicting ↯
The user is able to detect soul wavelength attacks just before they strike the user, allowing the user to defend against these attacks for one level lower in resource. The reduction doesn't stack with any other reductions, and this benefit is only applicable once every five posts.

↯ Disordering ↯
The user emits a screech which disturbs the souls in the area prevents opponents from entering soul resonance for one post. This does not effect opponents already in soul resonance. This can be used once every five posts.

↯ Raging ↯
The user is able to shoot their wavelength out at a ten foot radius for no action or cost, inflicting no damage but inflicting one tier of Madness, once every five posts.
Tier Two
↯ Unpredictable ↯
The user is able to dodge for one level less in resource once every five posts.

↯ Halucinogenic ↯
Regardless of the Madness tier of any opponents (or lack thereof), the user can generate horrifyingly violent illusions that harass the opponent. These are able to be the size of a one-story building but can't completely obscure the opponents' vision for combat purposes. These illusions tend to be especially traumatic. These are exclusively visual in nature and do not generate sound. This generation isn't an ability and doesn't cost an action, nor does it induce increased Madness, but it can cause great distress. This ability allows the user to change their physical size. Techniques used scale to the user. This ability allows the user to make themselves the size of 3 feet tall to the size of a two story building. Efficacy of techniques are unaffected. This ability lasts for three posts.

⇨ Madness Sting | Level 1 | Tier 1 | Stamina, Mana, or Spirit
The user holds a hand out and shoots a condense beam of Madness out. The aesthetic appearance of the attack can change into anything the user desires. The sting inflicts a raised tier of Madness on the opponent.

ARCANE
☾ Eldritch Circles | Scaled Level | Tier 1 | Mana
The sorcerer generates magic circles by flowing mana into their demon tool. The sorcerer is able to create up to twelve magic circles that float in the air and are freely manipulated by the sorcerer. The color and design of the circles are at the discretion of the user. The edges of the circles are as sharp as blades and the faces of the circles are as hard as steel. The circles can be grasped in the center by the sorcerer and able to be wielded by hand. Depending on the level of this spell, the circles can be up to 10 feet wide per level (10 feet at level 1 and 50 feet at level 5). The magic circles can defend against lower-level spells and techniques, collectively dividing the strength of the technique. This technique has a four post duration.

☾ Sorcery Gateway | Level 2 | Tier 1 | Mana
The Witch channels a scaled level of mana through a magic circle and causes it to glow. The sorcerer is able to cast a spell through a magic circle and use it as a gateway for the spell. A spell cast through a magic circle cannot be higher level than the magic circle itself. The spell will often change color to match the color of the magic circle. When a spell is fired through a sorcery gateway, it is not detectable through Soul Perception, but is still visible to the naked eye. The distorting magic surrounding the technique also negates any dodge bonus the opponent has.


WITCH
☾ Soul Guard | Scaled Level | Tier 1 | Mana
Every magical creature knows how to cast a spell to protect their soul from prying eyes. This ability hides the soul's magical inclinations and makes it appear human. This ability lasts until the witch uses magic or by their own will. It can be pierced by Soul Perception techniques. When broken by the witch or pierced by Soul Perception, Soul Guard cannot be replaced for four posts.

BIOGRAPHY: Enmei was born and raised in Death Vegas (Aka Death City). Do to how close he lived to DWMA, he always wanted to join and be the best Meister or weapon. His father was a weapon, so there was always the chance he would be one. Around the age of 3, Enmei found out he could transform just like his dad! It was perhaps the most excited he ever was. The exciting news was over casted by the death of his father, leaving him alone with his mother at only. Enmei finds it hard to recall his father much do to how young he was when it happened, but he enjoys listening to his mother's stories about her.

Years passed after his father's death. Enmei and his mother found it a hard time to survive without their father's help. By the time Enmei was 17, he had turned to a life of crime in order to help support his mother. At the time he completely abandoned the idea of ever joining DWMA. Instead he decided to use his talents to Rake in more money for his family. Enmei continued this up until he got into a bad fight with a rival gang. The teen was left in the gutter for dead. Fortunately he was rescued by a person that was just passing by. They brought him to the hospital where he was eventually healed up. While he was in the hospital he promised his mother he would turn away from crime and pursue his dreams again to make up for his past. A year after he was released from the hospital, Enmei was accepted into DWMA.

The user swings their blunt weapon and applies as much force behind the weapon as they find preferable. The higher the amount of stamina applied the more lower level spells and techniques that the blunt weapon will crush and destroy.

PERSONALITY: Katarina was always head strong, feeling as if she was better than the hand life had dealt her, naturally this led to her having a chip on her shoulder. She always feels like she has to prove she belongs and has shown tendencies of an adrenalin junky, always pushing herself with risky behaviour hunting for every crazy experience she can find. That behaviour coupled with her extreme disregard for both her own well-being and that of others proves quite dangerous. Her feelings of not belonging has led to her having a fairly tough and confrontational exterior, one often defended with barbs of sarcasm and explosive outbursts when her very limited temper boils over. It’s not uncommon for that temper to boil over as she’s fiercely competitive. While she tries to mask this darker sullen side of herself, she can often fall victim to it and become trapped within a foul mood for long periods of time. She tends to bounce back from these dark moods in a very stark fashion, becoming more outgoing an adventurous, almost as if she’s desperate to ignore whatever issues plague her.

BIOGRAPHY: Katarina was born in a small village of no real consequence within a disputed territory in the Balkans. Her lot in life was that of a farmer, destined for menial labour and to live and die in obscurity. It was a life she was desperate to escape and there was only really one method to achieve it. Between the conflict and crime in the region the area was ripe with the monsters it brought. Due to the disputed legal status of the area it was left to fend for itself, so the people created a militia to protect and police. Joining the militia was her one chance to choose her own path and as soon as she was old enough she did just that.

Militia life hardened Katarina, it taught her survival and how to fight. While the mere presence of the militia was enough to deter most trouble those afflicted by madness cared not for such things and Katarina was involved in a number of battles during her time in the militia. While the militia was made up of war veterans, hunters and other skilled individuals capable of handling most issues they were not prepared to deal with the threat of a witch. When faced with such a threat the militia fell. It was only through the timely intervention of a Meister sent from the DWMA that spared Katarina from the same fate as her comrades. This Meister sensed the potential within her soul and offered take Katarina back to the DWMA to train to become a Meister, she didn’t even have to think about her answer.

Life in Death city was overwhelming to the poor country girl but slowly she adapted, attending the DWMA and learning what it is to be a Meister. Unfortunately for Katarina her studies and future as a Meister have stalled due to her struggle to find a weapon with which she can resonate. There is also some lingering concern that she may be afflicted by the madness that plagued her home.

Named after the famed scythe Meister technique, this skill uses the same concept of sharply channeling resonating soul wavelength energy through the weapon to grow it in size and strength. The Meister is able to produce a basic attack or swing with this technique active, which will treat magic-based defenses and techniques one level lower in strength. Lasts for two posts.

This shock is designed to hurt. On top of doing damage appropriate to its level, this kind of shock tends to disorient the opponent and frequently leaves them seeing double. The opponent's next attack misses if they've gathered less souls than their opponent.

This shock is focused far less on damage and much more on inhibiting the opponent. This technique prevents the opponent from using the last attack they used for the rest of the battle. This is only usable on one opponent in a battle and the level paid is equivalent to the technique being locked.

This shock is focused far less on damage and much more on inhibiting the opponent. This technique reduces the opponent's action by one in their next post, only affecting one opponent, regardless of how many are struck by this technique. Only usable twice a battle and not on the same opponent.

BIOGRAPHY: The problem with those that like to tell tales is it’s nearly impossible to get the truth out of them. The most common story Fenrir spreads of his origins is that he is in fact the Fenrir from norse mythology, resisting the stories from the Poetic Edda and claiming he is waiting for Ragnarok to play his part. There are few around old enough to either confirm or deny his tales but most think they are just that; tall tales. Why would the mythical wolf destined to slay a god be acting as little more than a mercenary for witches?

There is another tale he likes to tell, though this one is rarer heard and only when he’s a few cups deep. The story of a king of werewolves, who led his clan to prosperity and victory time and time again. Eventually Death deemed the time of werewolves was over and sent his Meisters to hunt the beasts to near extinction. The king was vanquished or so they thought, in reality he was brought to the brink of death and his power greatly diminished. The wolf king wandered the earth for many years in exile having failed his people, until he came into the service of witches.

While his origins are a mystery the last few hundred years are not. Fenrir has been a part of the coven for that entire time, working with the witches to further their goals. He has even been known to carry out justice on the Coven’s behalf. The old wolf seems content with his life, seeking only more tales to tell and coin enough to keep from running dry.

If of the Witch or Meister class then two more perks are given for a strength skill. Werewolf

This spell allows the werewolf to transform into their Lycanthropic form at will. This transformation is unique from standard transformation magic because this unlocks the ancestral form of werewolf instead of magically mimicking that of an animal like a regular wolf. There is also no middle ground - the werewolf is either a werewolf or a human. This form gives the werewolf monstrous strength, long claws, and sharp fangs and serves as the basis for all of the following spells. In werewolf form, the magical creature is clearly magical in nature and Soul Guard breaks automatically and cannot be recast until returning to human form.

The basic werewolf technique, this allows the werewolf to slash with their long claws at an opponent. The claws are enhanced by wind magic that increase the cutting power of the claws. The amount of scaled magic applied to the claws determines how powerful the slash is. The claws will slash through all lower level enemy spells and techniques.

The werewolf inhales deeply before releasing a massive gust of wind from their gullet. You can hear the werewolf's howl as he releases the wind magic. This wind will knock opponents off their feet if undefended. Requires Lycanthropic Transformation.

Regeneration
☾ Healing | Scaled Level | Tier 1 | Mana
The Witch channels a scaled level of mana over a wound or injury on the body of an ally. This spell cannot be performed on oneself. Level one healing repairs injuries on the level of headaches, breakage of skin, and superficial cuts. Level two healing repairs pulled muscles and dislocation tier injuries. Level three healing repairs injuries such as deep slash wounds, second degree burns, and deep bruising level injuries. Level four healing will relieve broken bones, deep weapon impalement, third-degree burns, and severe blunt force trauma level injuries. Finally, level five healing will regenerate missing limbs, life-threatening visceral injuries, and any other type of serious injury that does not immediately kill the patient. These levels are a rough outline and ultimately it is up to the reasonable discretion of the Witch.

Cryomancy

The cryomancer forms a blast of frigid mana and launches it at an opponent. The power of the ice bolt depends on the amount of mana applied to the spell.

By flicking their finger upwards, the user creates a large pillar of ice at a given destination depending on the user's intent. The pillar is typically used as a defensive spell.
☾ Ice Shackle Bullet | Level 2 | Tier 1 | Mana
The user encases a ball-shaped object in ice, creating a large and dense sphere of it. Because of Ice Sphere's enormous size, it can be used to effectively smash and crush enemies, causing a great deal of damage. The Witch then kicks the ice sphere toward the target to crush an enemy. The ice sphere is thirty feet tall and five hundred pounds allowing it to easily crush opponents.

There is a three post cooldown for this technique and it only lasts for one post.

This shock is focused far less on damage and much more on inhibiting the opponent. This technique reduces the opponent's action by one in their next post, only affecting one opponent, regardless of how many are struck by this technique. Only usable twice a battle and not on the same opponent.

BIOGRAPHY: Born to a poor single mother and an unknown father in the shadow of the French Revolution, much of Etienne’s childhood was spent struggling to survive. She possessed no knowledge of the existence of witches or anything else for that matter. Would she make it through the next few days? The next month? The next year? These were the thoughts that filled her mind throughout this tumultuous time. Unfortunately, her mother did not survive, and the young child was left to fend for herself. She hated every moment of this stage of her life but saw no way to escape on her own.

And then her father reappeared. A prestigious but philandering member of the Grand Coven, Etienne's father scooped her out of squalor and into a strange world just as unforgiving as the one she left behind. He made it clear that his actions were not of his own volition, but out of pressure from his own parents. To take some sort of accountability for his personal errors, he’d explained in a lackadaisical tone. It was quite clear to her that he did not actually want her, as evidenced by his casual handing her off to the family tutors. Still, Etienne found herself enjoying her new situation. All these things to learn, from reading and writing to the basics of magic--she was completely enamoured with all of it. Since formally joining the Grand Coven herself, Etienne sought to master as many different types of magic as possible; much to her chagrin not all of it has come to her as easily as it seemed to come to her father or other younger witches, and few of them have let her forget it. As it simply isn’t in her nature to relent, Etienne has persevered regardless, although she is hardly satisfied with her current status and fully intends on further honing her skills.

All sorcerers unlock exclusive access to the arcane magic skill tree and can control magic circles as a result. Sorcerers also gain two additional perks for arcane magic or an elemental magic of their choosing. Sorcerers are unique among witches because they rely on magical items that are particular to their souls called Demon Tools or Demon Books that are common sources of their magical power. Sorcerers may make one custom perk at level 3 that is individual to their Demon Tool or Demon Book.

Witch
☾ Soul Guard | Scaled Level | Tier 1 | Mana
Every magical creature knows how to cast a spell to protect their soul from prying eyes. This ability hides the soul's magical inclinations and makes it appear human. This ability lasts until the witch uses magic or by their own will. It can be pierced by Soul Perception techniques. When broken by the witch or pierced by Soul Perception, Soul Guard cannot be replaced for four posts.

Arcane Magic
☾ Eldritch Circles | Scaled Level | Tier 1 | Mana
The sorcerer generates magic circles by flowing mana into their demon tool. The sorcerer is able to create up to twelve magic circles that float in the air and are freely manipulated by the sorcerer. The color and design of the circles are at the discretion of the user. The edges of the circles are as sharp as blades and the faces of the circles are as hard as steel. The circles can be grasped in the center by the sorcerer and able to be wielded by hand. Depending on the level of this spell, the circles can be up to 10 feet wide per level (10 feet at level 1 and 50 feet at level 5). The magic circles can defend against lower-level spells and techniques, collectively dividing the strength of the technique. This technique has a four post duration.

☾ Sorcery Gateway | Level 2 | Tier 1 | Mana
The Witch channels a scaled level of mana through a magic circle and causes it to glow. The sorcerer is able to cast a spell through a magic circle and use it as a gateway for the spell. A spell cast through a magic circle cannot be higher level than the magic circle itself. The spell will often change color to match the color of the magic circle. When a spell is fired through a sorcery gateway, it is not detectable through Soul Perception, but is still visible to the naked eye. The distorting magic surrounding the technique also negates any dodge bonus the opponent has.

☾ Enchanted Mirror | Scaled Level | Tier 2 | Mana
The sorcerer channels a scaled amount of mana into one magic circle and uses it to reflect an incoming enemy magic spell back to its source upon collision. The amount of mana channeled into the circle must be equal to the level used by the enemy to create the opposing spell.

Pyromancy
☾ Fireball | Scaled Level | Tier 1 | Mana
The pyromancer generates a ball of flame and shoots it at the target. A scaled amount of mana is applied to create the fireball. The fire will destroy any enemy technique or spell that is lower level than it. The fireball is also ten feet wide per level of the spell to a maximum of fifty feet at level five.

☾ Robe of the Phoenix | Scaled Level | Tier 1 | Mana
The pyromancer cloaks their body in flame to protect themselves from incoming techniques and spells. This spell lasts for three posts to protect the witch from same rank and lower spells, though it dissipates when it is struck with a same level attack or enough lower spells to match its resource cost. Targets that enter within three feet are instantly set alight.

Electromancy
☾ Thunderbolt | Scaled Level | Tier 1 | Mana
The electromancer fires a scaled level thunderbolt at a target. This bolt of lightning will destroy any technique or spell that is lower in level than it is.

☾ Lightning Storm | Level 2 | Tier 1 | Mana
The electromancer fires a bolt of lightning into the sky and creates a lightning storm, which strikes the opponent. The storm lasts for four posts and during this time, thunderbolt can be cast from the heavens for 25% less resource cost, at a maximum of one cast per post for the storm duration.
