6 Characters competing in a Tournament to see which one has what it takes to be crowned Champion & take home the Championship Trophy along with a $1,000 Fantasy IC Prize that increases with every game progressively. The more players win, the more the IC Prize Pot grows in a Winner Take All Tournament.

The Game is played with 3 Players Dressed as ACME TimeNet Time Pilots answering questions to determine the Place & Time in History of one of Carmen Sandiego's wacky crooks with comedy sketches being performed to provide clues.
After 2 Skit Rounds, the ACME Detective with the lowest score is eliminated, and the remaining 2 players played a Chronological Concentration-like game to Save History which determines who becomes Champions & moves onto the final round, where the Champion needs to open Time Gates by answering Questions asked by Carmen Sandiego herself. If the player was successful in this round, Carmen Sandiego was "captured" and the Time Pilot wins a Computer System.

This Studio Lot in Hollywood, California is the birthplace of Warner Bros biggest cartoon star who is also a comedian rabbit. Which started in the Cartoon Short, "A Wild Hare". After 1944, he was voted the Number One Cartoon Favorite in the Box Office.
