Slowly the cat would sink feet first into the ground, still watching in the direction he head been, until the last bit of the tip of his cat ear, sunk into the surface. Intel was what brought Kiku all the way out to the middle of nowhere. Sheβd gotten a report of a Jashinist, possibly one linked to the main group, nearby. But never would she have imagined theyβd lead her all the way out to middle of ******** nowhere. The girl skid to a stop once she hit a clearing in the canyon. βWhereβd they goβ¦?" she mumbled to herself. She hadnβt fallen that far behind had she? But there was nothing as far as the eye could see that gave her an indication of her target.
That was, of course, until she saw the eight stone warriors. βIf you think you can hide from me!β Kiku yelled out, making an arcing motion with her arm. As she did she released chakra from her limb and summoned her squad of puppets: her Knight, Archer, and Castle models. βThen youβve got another thing coming!β The princess knelt down and slammed her hand to the ground, sending a pulse of chakra through the ground. [Earth Tremor Sense C Rank] The puppeteer was no sensory type ninja, but if anyone was hiding in the ground sheβd be able to find them easily. The chakra pulses relayed information back to her almost instantly: one unknown, hiding under the ground. βFound you!β Kiku generated chakra through the ground originating at the chakra source she found, ulching the earth into a pit of golden sand that would pull anything nearby down into its depths. [Antlion Technique A Rank] Once her pit of death and despair was formed, she rose to her feet. βRunning from a girl makes you look like a coward.β She scoffed, flipping the ends of her blonde hair with her hand. βAnd running from me makes you look like an idiot.β

At it's lowest rank, a thirty foot area to each side of the sink hole begins to draw in towards the center, drawing targets to their doom as they are buried, the pit measuring as deep as it's width. Those trapped within the sink hole require chakra one rank above the technique's executed rank to escape it's hold. Utilization of the Act of Surface Walking is impossible upon this surface.

Kiichi had felt the jutsu she'd used to find him, he was already starting to make his way out when everything fell in on itself. The cat was sliding down a pit of yellow sand. The sun suddenly showing over head. His hands wove signs and his wind chakra would start to tug and pull on him, up and out of that sand trap. He'd mentally tell his Soldiers to group up then attack. Two were flanking around trying to get the jump on the Archer Puppet. tab Kichi would positions his hands rather particularly for this next attack. He was staring headlong at the Castle Puppet, hoping to put it out of action. He wanted to show this girl he wouldn't be easily beaten. Glowing, see through cylinder would start to grow starting a few inches away from his hands. It would grow to be just big enough for the puppet to fit inside! It'd launch forward at blinding speeds before reaching just past the puppet. Inside the cylinder was a dense orb of dust chakra. Kiku smirked once the Jashinist showed himself. Now that he was out in the open heβd be easier to deal with, even if he was flying. Once the stone statues went on the move, the young shinobi made a motion with her hands. Her Castle puppet disassembled itself, sending its brick body to intercept the statueβs attack by creating a shield of chakra from the nodes on the bricks. [Shield of Queens A Rank Overwhelming on Statue Strikes] βOh right, βcause youβd know alllllll about wife material, huh?β Kiku taunted as she smirked at the catboy, her purple eyes glowing faintly with chakra. Once the statues were dealt with, Kiku made a motion with her hand. Her Archer puppet swiveled around the battlefield, firing arrows from itβs launcher, one arrow per statue. Kiku, meanwhile, ran to the opposite side as her Archer, spreading her line of sight around the battlefield. As she ran, gold lightning sparked from Kikuβs body and down into the ground and turned the earth into gold dust. Just in time, too, for her to use it to defend against the cultist before her. The tiny princess swiped her arm, making gold dust arc in front of her to shield her from the oncoming jutsu. [Iron Shield A Rank>S Rank Overwhelming] The jutsu crashed into her dust, disintegrating her shield to power. The gold dust rained down as Kiku formed a handseal, forcing the ground under the catboy to erupt into a spiraling mass of roots. [Tree Limb Technique C>B Rank Overwhelming] As the roots shot from the ground, Kiku hopped up along the roots, whipping out her gold tonfa into her hand as she climbed up to Kiichi. She jumped up above the catboy and whirled around, slamming her tonfa down at his head.

The shield has an upkeep cost of chakra equivalent to two ranks below it's casted cost. While this upkeep cost is being paid, damage received by the shield at or below its defensive capabilities cannot break the shield.

β° Wood Release: Underground Roots Technique [ Mokuton: Chika no rΕ«tsu ] | Rank D>C Overwhelming The user manipulates the roots beneath the ground in order to create an unstable terrain before them. Within a twenty foot radius of the user all opponents suffer a 1 point loss to agility and speed as they trip and stumble over these roots. The roots can be raised up to three feet above the earth, restricting movement further. Directly contacting these roots causes two points of tenketsu rot.

Rapid Fire Launcher [Rank B]: Royal Soldier is able to fire 2 arrows per rank applied to this mechanism when activated. These arrows, powered by Kiku's Senju Chakra, inflict 1 point of Tenketsu Rot per arrow. Arrows can apply any of Kiku's liquid based poisons for no cost.
tab Kiichi flinched, had she really just ducked in the way of his technique?! He'd grimace, it was too late to stop it, luckily for the girl she was able to halt the particle style. A vein throbbed in his head, now he was upset for real. "ARE YOU CRAZY? I COULD HAVE KILLED YOU!" But he didn't get any time to hear her out, Kiku was already launching her next attack.
tab As those roots burst from the ground, coming straight for him. He'd hold his left hand out to his side, palm open as chakra started to form above it. Energy swirled around fast, growing to the size of a baseball. With an exhale, he'd breath fire into it. His position in the air would start to change too, he'd move to be facing parallel with the ground. Air starting to whoosh past his ears as he gained altitude, whilst those roots closed the distance in a rush. Kiichi continued further into the air. He'd use the other hand to make a small 'O' as he focused his particle style once more. He'd toss the swirling mass of flaming chakra into the cylinder he'd formed. It'd remain in the center of it, and closer to Kiichi his sphere of Particle Chakra would sit behind the flaming Rasengan. "You sure have some fancy moves, Miss. Unfortunately, its time I burn these roots out!" He'd launch the cylinder forward, encasing the roots and all before detonating his attack. The force of the sphere going off, sent the rasengan flying the length of the cylinder. It tore through roots and would inevitably blast out of the end and leave a rather big crater in the ground. tab However, the fight wasn't through. He still had the girl to deal with. It'd be as simple as a flicker of Shunshin, and he'd be above her falling ever faster with the help of his flight. Kikuβs swipe missed its mark, swinging her tonfa through thin air. She had to land on her roots and kick off in a matter of seconds before the Jashinistβs jutsu pulverized her roots. She hit the ground with a roll before her Wood Release technique disappeared in a flash of white light. βWhat do you mean?!β She snapped back, jabbing a finger at Kiichi from afar. βHowβre you gonna use that stuff and then say βI could have killed youβ?!β The blonde princess snapped back with her worst impersonation of Kiichi. Kiku braced herself as her opponent flew right at her, brandishing knives at her wildly. He was fast, but thankfully to her puppets Kiku was able to have a wider view of the battlefield and accommodate for his speed. Kiku held an open palm out to Kiichi just as he got close and sent a wave of chakra through her limb. This chakra was strong enough to stop his forward rush in its tracks and send the Jashinist cat flying back by twenty feet. [Majestic Send Off B Rank Overwhelming Spiritual]
At some invisible signal, Kikuβs Castle puppet dislodged itself and followed Kiichi as a wave of bricks, lengths of wire coming from the bricks that would entangle the cat in lengths of explosive tag decorated wire. [Royal Oppression Ver 1. B Rank Spiritual] By the time the wires caught up and trapped Kiichi, Kiku was already upon him. She jumped up with her leg held high by her head as she came crashing down on him, slamming her heel into his shoulder. [Bruising Sky Leg A>S Rank Complex] Hit or miss, Kiku would hit the ground below with an earth shattering slam. Sheβd brush herself off as sheβd look up at Kiichi. βDonβt tell me thatβs all you got~β She taunted with her signature, s**t eating smirk. βIβm just starting to get my motor running~β
Majestic Send Off: B Rank Overwhelming By activating magnetic nodes along her body, Kiku is able to conjure a forcefield of magnetic energy around her. This barrier can be used to block in coming jutsu, treating them as one rank lower. If used to block a close quarters technique, this barrier sends the opponent(s) flying away from Kiku at 5 feet per rank of this mechanism, and also applies the Magnetic Manipulation effect to them. If the target(s) are already under the effect of Magnetic Manipulation, this blowback effect is doubled.
β±β°β± Martial Magnetism | After establishing direct physical contact and using the Magnetizing Technique on an enemy, the magnetic attraction between the Jiton user and the enemy becomes so strong that the enemy's agility is reduced by [1] point per body rank of the user for a maximum reduction of [6] points at S+ rank. Physical contact can include using a melee weapon. You also learn [2] additional taijutsu or bukijutsu styles, one at D-Rank the other at B-Rank.

β° Brusing Sky Leg | Rank A>S | Complex This technique utilizes the userβs fine chakra control and monstrous strength. Raising their leg and driving it into the ground, the user releases a blast of chakra at the instant of impact. This release of chakra combined with their power devastates the earth within fifty feet of the user, causing the earth to churn and be broken into shards and destroying any structure within its radius. The uneven footing causes anyone within the area to suffer a [2] point decrease to speed and agility. The user is exempt from this drawback as they have trained to fight under such conditions.
Queenly Attire: A Rank A more passive mechanism, Queenly Attire is built into the frame of Kiku's puppet body. Made of a flexible yet durable wood, this mechanism passively inflicts 16 points of Tenketsu Rot any time contact would be made with a close quarters Taijutsu or Bukijutsu, or any Mokuton that uses wood from Kiku's body. In addition, this frame grants Kiku the armor effects of Medium Armor without the Speed and Agility drawbacks. When the armor is broken, Kiku must pay an A rank amount of chakra, but no activation, to reform the armor.

In the next second he was sent skidding back, his shoes, kicking up dust and debris as he kept his balance. "Its unfortunate we're enemies, I'm starting to like you, Blondie." He'd ask, her Castle puppet made some noise as it prepared an attack. His dust release would form around him in the shape of a cube. The barrier even absorbed some of the force from that kick, before finally shattering.

Kiichi reached out to grab the girl by her wrist and yanked it in the opposite direction of her body. At the same time he'd bring a leg up to stomp it against her knee. The user then catches the knife's hilt on their foot as they deliver a swift kick. This kick propels the blade forward at a target, unseen by them due to it's invisible nature. The tags and the metal wires began to disintegrate and Kiku had to act fast before the same thing happened to her puppet. She weaved her hands around, forming the bricks of her tower into a single form again. Because she was so focused on her puppet, the princess wasnβt paying attention to her opponent. She cursed herself under her breath as he grabbed a hold of her wrist and pulled her off of the ground. But Kiichi wouldnβt be able to touch her with the follow up.
Kikuβs off detached from her body at the shoulder, the sudden freedom allowing her to dance around the boyβs kick. The knife would pass by her, too, but only just barely as it ripped a cut on the side of her pantβs leg. Her arm, while in Kiichiβs possession, would point an open palm at the boy. Generating a mass of lightning in the blink of an eye, the dismembered limb would fire a ball of Raiton chakra at the Jashinst. [Royal Decree A Rank Overwhelming, Thunder Bolt Arrow A Rank Spiritual] βDonβt talk like that, youβre gonna make me hurl.β Kiku groaned as her arm shot back into her socket with a pull of magnetic energy. With a wave of her hand, the shinobi called her Soldier and Archer puppets to her side just as her Castle finished forming behind her, landing on the ground with a heavy crash.
βLet me show you why youβre outclassed, kitty cat.β Kiku hunkered down and crossed her arms over her chest in an X shape. As she did, the ground around her dissolved into golden dust in an expanse that nearly covered the distance from her to Kiichi. The gold dust began to rise up and gather above her as a sphere just as Kiku swung her arms out, commanding her puppets. Her soldier and archer flanked Kiichi, just as gold dust exploded out from the floating sphere. It shot out spikes of metal, seemingly at random, as the Soldier took swipes at Kiichi and the Archer fired arrows at him within the limited confines of spikes. [Iron Sand World Order S Rank Overwhelming, Secret Sword B Rank, Rapid Fire Launcher B Rank] Just as it reformed, Kikuβs Castle puppet separated once again, itβs bricks all flying at Kiichi as a swarm of stone was sent to crash into the boy. [Guard Change A Rank Spiritual] As the brutal assault within the confined space continued, Kikuβs posture relaxed. She placed one hand in her pocket as she pointed the other at the cat boy, as if she were going to flip a coin. The girl began to generate electricity, charging it from sparks to a full blown current while she waited for her moment to unleash her technique. While her puppets would chase Kiichi around, that moment would come soon enough. A small, yet supercharged, mass of golden dust would be fired from her hand at top speeds at Kiichi, blasting the area with a shower of sparks. [Magnetism: Railgun Technique S Rank Overwhelming]
Royal Decree: A Overwhelming Kiku's puppet body is segmented, held together at the joints by magnetic chakra that are able to separate at will. Kiku is able to use that to dodge a technique aimed at her by activating this mechanism at or above the rank of the technique being dodged's potency. In addition, by paying the cost without an activation, Kiku is able to cast any jutsu at or below the rank this mechanism was used at.
β° Thunder Clap Arrow [ Raiton: Jinraisen ] | Rank A The user encases their desired hand in chakra as it ignites in an aura of electircal energy. The user thrusts their hand toward a target, launching a bolt of lightning that has a stylized arrow head at it's forefront, reaching fifty feet in a single direction. This arrow treats armor techniques as one tier lower, piercing through targets and continuing it's path while losing one rank in power, traveling ten feet less than it's last maximum distance each time this is repeated.

β° Iron Sand World Order [ Satetsu Kaihou ] | Rank S Overwhelming This jutsu uses iron sand to create a gigantic sphere of branching spikes. The user creates two masses of iron sand with matching polarities and then merges them together. This causes the magnetic forces to instantly increase and the repellent force created by the two similar magnetic fields scatters the iron sand across a vast area. The iron sand spreads in spikes that branch off irregularly, making it almost impossible to get a clear overview of what is happening. This also makes evading the spikes nearly impossible. Even if the opponent has managed to evade getting hit, the iron sand spikes will have filled the entire surroundings, cutting off any escape routes. With the opponent trapped, the user is free to attack in person. This technique requires an extra rank to dodge.

β° Magnetism: Railgun Technique [ Jiki: RΔrugan no Jutsu ] | Rank S Overwhelming The user places a small object between their thumb and forefinger, almost as if they are going to flip a coin. But instead of simply flipping a coin, the user super charges their arm with incredible amounts of electricity, using the thumb as a focal point to transfer the power to the object. Upon transfer, the object accelerates at massive speeds, damaging anything in its path. β’ This technique requires an additional rank to dodge.
Soldier Actions:
Secret Sword [Rank B] : A hidden blade that is stored inside the arm of Royal Soldier. The hand bends back at the wrist, allowing for the blade to be draw rather quickly. Allows basic sword attacks to be used with Royal Soldier. The blade can be launched from the puppet at the scaling of the mechanism at 5 feet per rank. By paying the cost of the technique in chakra again, for no activation, the puppet can magnetically recall the blade to attack once again. The blade can be augmented with any of Kiku's liquid based custom poisons for no cost.

Tunnel Vission, Blurry Vission, Clouded Vision, difficult but not impossible to see. Doujutsu users can bypass these debilitations using their sensory sight as opposed to normal vision but its still more straining to do so.

tab A toothy grin showed across his face, his digits cinched against the girl's arm, nails digging into flesh. He was excited to finally lay some blows down. But in a fraction of a second, his moves had been undone. Kiichi's eyes went wide, the black furred ears atop his head twitched and a shiver ran up his spine. For a millisecond he thought he'd ripped the girls arm off. Though, his instinct took over and he'd dropped the puppet arm. The cat burst into the air, dodging the electrifying attack that shot from the palm of Kiku's hand. [ Solo Flight ]
tab As he started to rise, his hands where a blur of signs. [ Might of Hephaestus Korabo ] Fire balls would burst out of thin air all around him, taking the shape of human skulls. There were sixteen individual flaming balls of chakra, big enough to fit in your hand. [ Fire Release: Demon Lantern [ Katon: OnidΕrΕ ] | Rank S ] Kiichi would continue to gain altitude. Hands moving still, before miming the action of pulling something terribly heavy up with both hands. The ground around Kiku and her puppets would start to break and crack. Within seconds, there were four 100 foot tall walls surrounding the Leaf Shinobi and her minions. [ Earth Corridor [ Tsuchi Kairou ] | Rank S ] As Kiichi created his walls, Kiku readied her puppets and prepared for her next attack. The skulls would move on their own, as those spikes of metal attempted to pierce Kiichi. Two of them striking the closest spikes to halt their trajectory and let him slip from the sands' range. More skulls started to move. One of them would lash out, smashing into the Soldier's hidden blade. An explosion of flames would erupt, coating the vicinity of its detonation in scorching fire. Effectively blocking the attack, six more of the skulls homed in on each of the Archer puppet's arrows. The ammunition was burned to a crisp in spectacular fiery explosions. The castle was homing in on Kiichi now, he'd take a deep breath and focus his chakra within his throat.
tab"RAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!" A concussive blast of chakra filled air escaped the cat's maw. Knocking the incoming bricks away as he continued to soar ever higher and away from the puppeteer. [ Primal Roar | Rank A | Spiritual ] While he'd been signing his katon and doton jutsu, he'd been focusing his Fuuton chakra outward, into the atmosphere. As Kiku readied her hand on him, he'd wonder if she'd noticed how deathly quiet the world around them had gotten, aside from his explosions of fire, the rumbling the rock had made as it grew up from the ground and her own attacks. In the sky around them, clouds were forming, being pulled into a vortex of wind. Yet above them it was clear. Kiku, her puppets and Kiichi resided within the eye of the coming storm. Kiichi watched as she started to charge up an electrical current, sparks flying. His flaming skulls would position themselves between him and any attack she might throw his way. When she finally fired her railgun, two of his skulls would intercept the shot, exploding into a huge electrified fireball. The five remaining flaming skulls would dart straight into the corridor. One for each puppet, and two for Blondie.
tab The timing would be everything. As the skulls started their divebomb, his final attack would reveal itself. From the opening in the clouds above, came the Brother of Kirin, Twin Dragon of the Storm. The draconic form of winds would slam into the central most point of the earthen corridor's floor. [ Twin Dragon of the Storm [ Arashi no tsuindoragon ] | Rank S ] The interior of his earthen prism would be hit with the full force of an ungodly tornado. The explosions of fire that'd result from his skulls would only be fanned by the sheer force of the winds. As Kiichi soared upwards, he'd finally be able to catch his breath. He'd been entirely focused on the fight. Lifting his hands, he'd expel Fuuton chakra from his palms. This would send the cat flying backwards and away, the shear speed put a good half mile distance between him and the puppeteer. [ Assassinβs Rush [ Kyoushu no Tokkan ] | Rank B ] But with his chakra nearly depleted he'd land, and keep up his retreat. Taking him away from the open rocky terrain, into a forest that would only grow denser the deeper he went.
tab Kiichi had gone in the opposite direction that Takumi and company had gone, hoping to mislead the Leaf Shinobi. He'd duck into some thick foliage and rest, the last bit of useable chakra ebbing out, he'd blend into the dark cover of his surroundings. He'd start to shrink, black fur covering his body, until finally, a little black cat took his place in the underbrush. Watching and waiting.
Might of Hephaestus Korabo You are able to self-korabo one earth technique, one wind technique, and one fire technique into one three-times powerful ninjutsu technique consuming the chakra of the three techniques but only one offensive action. This can only occur once for every three posts. Katon: Fire Release: Demon Lantern [ Katon: OnidΕrΕ ] | Rank S The user forms a string of hand signs, creating sixteen fireballs that are approximately the size of a baseball. Each fireball is shaped like a flaming skull and those of gen class can inflict tier two insanity upon foe who see these. These flaming skulls seek out targets at will, each moving with the rank of this technique individually. Each fireball explodes upon impact, washing a ten foot area in flames that inflict tier two burning each. If struck by two or more orbs, tier four burning and burns are applied. These fireballs require chakra equal or greater in potency to defend against or must be defended individually. Each post following the initial use of the technique requires a five chakra upkeep per remaining fireball but consumes no more activations. Doton: Earth Corridor [ Tsuchi Kairou ] | Rank S The user slams their hands onto the ground, causing earth to rise up and create a tunnel like corridor that is enclosed upon both ends. This corridor is capable of expanding between fifty feet in size to one hundred. This technique requires an S+ amount of resources to destroy. Fuuton: Twin Dragon of the Storm [ Arashi no tsuindoragon ] | Rank S Using their mastery of fuuton ninjutsu the user creates a massive hand hang of storm clouds in the area. Upon their creation the area surrounding the battlefield becomes so quiet that one would almost think that the build up of chakra was for nothing at all, while in reality they are in the eye of a hurricane. From the clouds descends a massive Chinese dragon made fully of wind. The brother of Kirin and twin dragon of the storm, unlike other fuuton jutsu this creation is not made of the users chakra but of the natural wind created by a F12 tornado. The dragon will then slam down onto the battlefield dealing itβs rank in damage to a massive two hundred by two-hundred-foot area. Primal Roar | Rank A | Spiritual The user of this technique channels chakra into their throat and releases a loud chakra enhanced roar, hiss, or other animalistic sound. Assassinβs Rush [ Kyoushu no Tokkan ] | Rank B Expelling a great deal of chakra, the user forces a vast amount of wind out of their hands. This blast of wind has few effects: first, anything in the direction the technique is pointing is knocked over by the force of this technique, second, it propels the user extremely quickly in the opposite direction. During this movement user may make continual adjustments to their trajectory and can cover around one half-mile, thirdly the wind from this technique is completely silent and potentially allow for greater stealth in missions. The flight effect from this technique lasts for five posts before an upkeep of half itβs chakra cost must be paid to keep the jutsu going. The cat Jashinist was throwing out more power than Kiku originally thought he was capable of. The showing took her off guard and the girl was frozen in place as the earth prison surrounded her. She made motions with her hands, to try and get her puppets to catch up with Kiichi and continue their assault. But any attacks they threw his way were avoided easily and pretty soon her opponent would be too high for her to follow. βDamnβ¦β she muttered with a click of her teeth. With an effort of will, the puppeteer recalled her puppets to her side. Kiku didnβt know what Kiichi was up to, so she wanted to have them nearby for whatever was coming.
Kiku was so focused on recalling her puppets that she didnβt have time to counter the fire jutsu. The flaming skulls hit her square on, exploding into a small wave of flames that pushed the girl back into the wall surrounding her. Because of the sudden shock, Kiku didnβt notice the swirling clouds above her until it was too late. The winds picked up as a great storm formed, coming together high in the sky as a dragon. βWhat the hell is that thingβ¦β she muttered, watching it fly gracefully in the sky. Then she shook away the awe and molded chakra into the ground around her, shifting the earth into gold dust as fast as she could. But soon the dragon was upon her, and Kiku had to form a shield with whatever gold dust she had available. [Iron Shield B Rank, A Rank Medium Armor Broken] The techniques collided with a massive gale of an explosion, ravaging the area as the jutsu was meant to.
But Kiku still stood, albeit more broken than she would have liked. The dust that formed her shield collapsed around her and she stood there, panting. As the walls around her crumbled from the destruction of the wind dragon, Kiku looked around for her opponent. βRunning again,β she muttered. Kiku closed her eyes and focused her senses, given to her from her Sage Mode even when it wasnβt active. Her range wasnβt as decent as a sensor type, but sixty feet was still sixty feet. At the very least it let the girl follow the trail of Kiichiβs path into a wooded forest. But with so much chakra around in the foliage, the princess wasnβt able to pinpoint exactly where the Jashinist would be.
So she had a plan, but it was only a loose idea. Kiku weaved her own signs before slamming her palms to the ground. She could sense the general area Kiichi was in, so the girl opted for a more widespread jutsu than accuracy. The ground shook as pillars of gold rose from the ground: four, twenty foot tall pillars that spanned a four hundred foot radius around the Jashinst. Kiku rose to her full height as a pillar formed behind her, and she placed a hand on her hip as the gold obelisks began to generate bright electricity. βAlright, you mangy stray!β Kiku yelled out to the general area. βLetβs turn this farce into a three act comedy!β Kiku clapped her hands together and electricity arced from the four pillars, covering the area with a sea of lightning.
β° Iron Shield [ Hagane no Tate ] | Rank B Rank Overwhelming The user creates a dense, circular shield from Iron Sand that with a diameter of 5 feet. The shield will stop jutsu one rank above its power and below. The shield has an upkeep cost of chakra equivalent to two ranks below it's casted cost. While this upkeep cost is being paid, damage received by the shield at or below its defensive capabilities cannot break the shield.
Second Action:
β° Four Pillar Binding [ Shichuu Shibari ] | Rank S A ninjutsu technique that requires the user have access to the earth element. The user performs the required hand signs, causing four twenty foot pillars to rise up, surrounding a target up to one hundred feet apart from each other. Then the user blasts lightning at the target,causing a blast of lightning to shoot forth and cause tier four paralysis to the entire body as the lightning bounces between the four pillars. If the target is successfully stricken with this technique, the lightning proceeds to cause increasing tier of burns starting at tier one. This technique requires an upkeep of eighty chakra per post.

In all the chaos Tomo had been separated from his cousin. Despite having his own orders from the Jashinists his cousinβs well being took priority and if that interfered with his orders, he would just have to face the consequences. His familyβs safety was one of the few things he took seriously, especially that of Kiichi. While his headstrong cousin had grown quite strong, he was prone to overplaying his hand. Now that they had chosen a side in this conflict any misstep could prove deadly. Despite his concern for his cousin, he couldnβt help but think this was the most exciting things had been for a while.
Tomoβs concern was made clear by the fact that he moved with an unusual speed, normally the lazy cat avoided doing anything that showed he had any real talent. His keen animal senses guiding him towards the distant sounds of battle, he just had to hope Kiichi was there. The trees grew denser as he deftly maneuvered through their tangled branches. The sounds of battle grew louder yet he still had no clearer a picture of what was going on and who was involved. At this rate he was likely to stumble into the middle of a bad situation. A little bit of preparation wasnβt a terrible idea. Quickly channeling his chakra throughout his body and making the necessary hand seals for the technique his body became engulfed in a white aura of chakra. This aura buzzed and crackled like electricity, putting off an immense heat that burned any foliage that dared touch it away to ash in an instant. The Kaiser armour as it was known would certainly making for a flashy entrance.
A large section of the forest suddenly erupted into a truly terrifying lightning storm. Tomo was still a way out and safe from the sudden attack so he moved to skirt the edges of the field and follow them to their source. He just hoped Kiichi was not in the middle of that mess. At the speed he was moving now that his body was enhanced by his Kaiser armour Tomo found his way to the source of the lightning in no time at all. There was no sense trying to hide with the immense amount of chakra his body was pumping out so he leapt out from the woods to land in front of the blonde shinobi that seemed to be the source.
Despite now standing face to face with a potential enemy Tomo made no move to attack or enter any sort of stance. The only indication he was hostile being the chakra crackling around his body and the twenty-foot aura of terror his mere presence was putting out. He had picked up a few tricks from his time with the Jashinists. One of which being the demoralising effects that a terrifying presence brought with it. Having grown stronger both physically and with his use of genjutsu, Tomo used that new found power to manipulate an aura of terror when it suited him. It certainly suited him now to give pause to the blonde shinobi. Silently he looked over his potential enemy, golden cat like eyes glancing over her. She certainly looked like she had been in a fight and was a little worse for wear, though there was no clear indication that it had been Kiichiβs doing. While this shinobi was technically his enemy, he had no interest in fighting her if she wasnβt engaging Kiichi. While he was mulling over his options his nose crinkled in recognition of a familiar scent. It was faint but Kiichi was here somewhere and he was in his cat form. That form served no real purpose in battle which meant one thing; Kiichi was hiding. So, the blonde shinobi would be his opponent then.
βLooks like Iβm late to the partyβ¦β Tomo finally spoke and rather casually at that. It was more his usual playful self than his aura and Kaiser armour suggested. He didnβt know exactly where Kiichi was but hopefully he would hear Tomo and take the hint to get clear. βAfter I came all this way tooβ¦ Would be a shame to leave without having some fun! He exclaimed as he rushed his opponent without any further warning. Since he had to provide a distraction, he might as well see what she could do. As he moved to strike the aura of fear came crashing down like a wave, threatening to lock her in place unable to move in terror. Taking advantage of the potential opening Tomo launched a barrage of kicks. His technique was sloppy, he was moving as if he was drunk but that also made it hard to read. Each kick was thrown seemingly at random, head, torso, legs, all were targeted by the blindingly fast and confusing assault. Since there was no pause in the attack each subsequent kick should have had less strength behind it, however his augmented strength more than made up for the diminishing return of these kicks and every one was just as powerful as the last. Explosive blasts erupted with each snap of a kick. The Kaiser armour was further amplifying his attacks, creating a separate concussive impact with a range of roughly twenty-five feet. That wasnβt the only effect the Kaiser armour was having, the immense heat generated by the chakra threatened to burn his opponent if any of the blows made contact. It was a truly vicious assault punctuated by Tomo suddenly slamming his foot into the ground and taking a wide stance facing away from his enemy. As he sunk deep into this stance, he threw out his fist in one final attack, sending out one final shock wave with it.
Silence fell over the area for a moment before it was interrupted by the sound of crumbling earth. The massive pillar behind his opponent begun to crumble and fall, revealing the real reason Tomo had blasted all those shock waves out. While his opponent may well have a way to protect themselves from the blows the layout of the battlefield meant the shock waves from every attack had smashed into the massive earthen pillar and weakened it to the point of collapse. Without one of its corner stoneβs necessary for its upkeep the lightning field fizzled out, hopefully freeing Kiichi if he was in the area as Tomo feared. The dust cleared and he remained stationary in that low stance, the crackling of his Kaiser armour breaking the silence. He awaited the oncoming storm. This shinobi had seemingly bested Kiichi, it would be foolish to assume that assault deadly as it was would put them down. Not to mention it would be no fun at all if it had.
Active Effects: β° Kaiser Armor Mastery | Rank S | Training The final stage of training for the Kaiser Armor. In addition to it's previous effects, the Kaiser armor now causes searing burns upon contact that blister due to the crackling chakra. Additionally, the user's strength and speed are increased by [1] point per rank of the armor instead of it's original [1] point. Taijutsu and bukijutsu techniques used while this armor is active create shock waves five feet in the direction of the attack per rank of the technique. Battlefield Presence β The user's powerful presence on the battlefield strikes terror into their foes. Opponents are able to sense the user's terrifying fighting spirit five feet from the user per body rank of the user through chakra sense. Those within range can have this radiating fearful aura become the trigger for genjutsu, allowing genjutsu to be cast by acknowledging the user. In addition, should an opponent be targeted by a melee technique that is greater in rank than the target's body rank that target has tier two paralysis applied to their legs, requiring it to be broken by Kai equal to the user's body rank, costing the target no action for that specific instance of kai.
β° Kaiser Armor | Rank C-S | Spiritual The Kaiser armor is a staple of the style. In it's base form it is not visible to the naked eye but chakra floods every inch of the user's body. While active, the armor prevents damage equal to it's own rank. In addition, it prevents the user from having their stat decreased below their natural states.This armor lasts for three posts at C rank and an additional post for every rank additionally applied.
β° Onslaught of Flailing Kicks | Rank X (S) | Complex A kick or series of kicks that the user launches unpredictably toward any part of the opponentβs body. Up to one kick per rank can be launched, each kick decreasing in strength linearly but if one hitting the rest follow suit due to the unpredictability of the style. I.e A-rank reproduces 5 wild Kicks. The First is A, The Second is B, The Third is C.
β° Wa-TAH! | Rank X (B) | Simple This technique is an emulation of the ever popular Iron Fist only done so drunkenly. Some might say it's just as effective if not more so. This technique is but a single punch done by placing the two legs firmly in the ground sideways like a person ready to Sumo. While not even facing the opponent the punch is thrown with immense force, this technique ignores an opponent's Endurance stat entirely should it land and is capable of destroying armors both chakra and otherwise equal to its rank. This technique, however, must be done last in any chain of attacks and the user must end their post in this sumo like position, that or fall down completely. The technique gets its name from what's typically said upon connecting.

Kiku stood next to one of her golden pillars, waiting patiently for the lightning to wear off from her jutsu. It was a widespread destruction that left her uncertain of the outcome, but there was no way she could have predicted what would happen next. Another cat (seriously, how many were there?) came crashing into the scene. Covered in an armor of lightning, this lavender haired feline seemed confident enough to take the blonde girl on. βFine, whatβs one more waste of time?β Kiku pouted. Truth be told, this new cat unsettled her. And soon her apprehension would make sense.
Tomo would go on the offensive and suddenly Kiku would find her legs frozen to the ground. What? She glanced down out of habit, making sure there wasnβt a malfunction with her body. But she didnβt have time for that! She needed to avoid getting hit by this guy. So Kiku waved her hand and, with an effort of chakra, gathered a mass of gold dust between her and her attacker. [Iron Shield A>DA Boost>S Overwhelming] Tomoβs blows would displace the gold dust but not quite get through the shield. This allowed Kiku a chance to breathe. She flooded her body with chakra, as a jolt to her system to make her legs work. [Free Action Kai A rank] The shield fell away to loose kernels as Kiku faced Tomo with an expression of determination.
βYour bosses nearly destroyed my home.β She said factually as she gripped the cuff of her left sleeve. βSo youβre dumber than you look if you think Iβm letting you guys go so easily!β The girlβs voice rose as she suddenly slid the sleeve of her coat back, revealing an array of Fuuin along her arm. βCome!β She called, summoning her small fleet of puppets: Soldier, Archer, Castle, and Dragoon. Kiku thrust her arm forward, to perform two different actions. First, the girl sent her puppets outward to swarm around Tomo. Secondly, Kikuβs arm shifted shape into a multitude of wooden pikes, all twisting their way to stab into the Nekomata. [Flight of Boreal Anguish B>DA Boost>A Overwhelming] As the branches got closer, pellets fell from them and shattered on the ground. They exploded into a massive cloud of smoke that was swirled into a cyclone by the movement of the puppets. It would narrow Tomoβs field of vision and kick up any shrapnel from the forest floor. Kiku would appear at the top of the twister in a blur of motion, visibly missing the arm sheβd thrust forward. The girl fell into the eye of the twister, grabbing an array of sharp sticks that had been kicked up as she closed in on Tomo. βYouβre done!β She snarled, stabbing downward with all the force she could muster. β° Iron Shield [ Hagane no Tate ] | Rank A>>S Overwhelming The user creates a dense, circular shield from Iron Sand that with a diameter of 5 feet. The shield will stop jutsu one rank above its power and below. The shield has an upkeep cost of chakra equivalent to two ranks below it's casted cost. While this upkeep cost is being paid, damage received by the shield at or below its defensive capabilities cannot break the shield.

β° Wood Release: Flight of Boreal Anguish [ Mokuton: BoΔru Ikari no HikΕ ] | Rank B>>A Overwhelming The user extends a single arm forward, transforming the end of their arm and hand into giant wooden bow. From the opposite hand the user is able to generate arrows made of wood each time they fire the bow. The user is capable of using any bow bukijutsu technique or basic combat art bow shot from the weapon. The user may choose to supplementatrily pay the cost of this technique with each shot fired to add a B rank amount of chakra to the next arrow's technique. Arrows fired from this technique inflict tenketsu rot upon successful collision with the target. The rate of tenketsu rot equals two times the rank of the technique.
Third Action:
β° Tornado of the Night Fog [ Yogiri no Tatsumaki ] | Rank B>>S+ | Simple The user releases smoke bombs that cover a 5 foot radius per rank of the technique. Once dropping these smoke bombs, the user begins rapidly rotating, using chakra to augment the rotation. This allows the user to create a cyclone of smoke around them with the same range as the smoke bombs reach. While within the cyclone, the user charges upon the foe, aiming the top of this twister towards the opponent and mashes into them, using any shrapnel and weaponry within the twister to attack with. While attacking in this manner, the user's speed is increased by 1 when used at or below C rank and gains a 2 point increase when used B rank of above.
