Lucky! Back when I worked in a diner kitchen, we had a tiny little fan, and the one over the grill thats it. Thank god all the windows were east facing, so we were spared alot of the afternoon heat that way lol.

Yes its not so bad, we also have a couple of windows, one bigger sliding one, by the pizza oven, let me tell you , I appreciate it, specially on windy days =) |
