Personality:
Evangeline is a dreamer and charismatic but is also a bit reserved, and
considerably innocent — particularly due to her unfamiliarity with much of the world
beyond the sea. Due to this and a heart of gold, Evangeline is very willing to give
second chances to others that have mean or cruel intentions. She believes that
through patience and time, anyone can change.
However, she is also someone who will speak out if the people she gives chances
don't change for the better. Despite that, Evangeline can be slightly oblivious at
times to the mischief of others, as she is still
learning more about the human world.
Still, she will defend her friends if matters go out of hand. Even though Evangeline
is not very openly emotional to most people, she is friendly, empathetic,
understanding, supportive, and encouraging to others in hard times.
History:
Evangeline was born in the sea, most likely off the coast of Ivalice. Since she was a
child, the human world did fascinate her, but she was often discouraged to go
because of her age. Despite that, her mother tried to be as supportive as she could
of her dreams. During her time in the ocean, Evangeline had a knack for creating
things - especially accessories out of the shells she'd find. This sparked an interest
in fashion. On occasion, items from the surface would end up in the ocean as well,
which she would also use for her creations, which only made her interest in the
human world grow.
As a young mermaid, however, her mother also encouraged her to sing and dance
with some of the other mermaids her age. It was shown she had a natural gift in
music, and Evangeline grew to like it. Though she still had dreams of travelling to
the human world.
Once she was old enough in the eyes of her mother, Evangeline was finally given
the chance to go to the surface. She'd be welcome to return at anytime to visit, but
she will eventually have to make a decision to stay on land or return to the sea.

Weakness:
- While performing, Evangeline secretly loves to be the center of attention.
- She is very naïve, as she's still getting used to the human world.
- Her optimism can make her have high expectations of others.
- The right person could easily take advantage of Evangeline.

- Evangeline is an elegant singer & dancer, as most mermaids are.
- Very creative, and has a skill of making things. Mostly accessories/jewelry.
- Evangeline can make a joke out of a bad or embarrassing situation.
- She has a kind heart, and is willing to give other people second chances.
