After a rough start, Rei defeats Mariah and as a bonus regains her friendship. Lee didn't like it, but as far as he goes, he can go to hell.

The match between Tyson and Lee ended in a draw, however, when Rei battled against Lee next, Rei won and proved to the sour puss that expanding the horizons was a good thing not bad.

Arriving back in Japan, Tyson let fame get to his head for a while until he met a boy named Nicky who was about the heart of the game reminding Tyson just what Beyblade was all about. Meanwhile Kai's grandfather is instructing Kai to do something bad during the American tournament.

The bladebreakers arrive in America and are given a tour of the training facility. However, in doing so, the bladebreakers showed off some of their secrets.

Regardless of the warning that they got, the Bladebreakers insisted on seeing more of what the facility had to offer, thus leading them into more trouble. Now the bladebreakers have faced off against Emily and Steve from the all star team. The other members of the All star team are Eddie and Micheal.

Being led to a cabin in the middle of nowhere, the bladebreakers meet a kid named Antonio who is a total rookie. Thanks to a little coaching from Kai, Tyson realizes that they were sent there to practice until they got good again. Plus, Mr. Dickenson sent over a bunch of parts so that Rei's beyblade could be reconfigured to handle Drigger.

The American tournament had a charity match where three celebrities would face off against 3 beybladers. Max, Emily, and a nobody named Mario was chosen to represent the beybladers. Emily was such a b***h that Max had to teach her how to behave in order to win against the celebrities.

The official American tournament kicked off in Las Vegas where Kai, Max, and Tyson faced off against the renegades and beat them with relative ease.

The bladebreakers faced the savage slammers where Rei lost round 1, but Max and Tyson won rounds 2 and 3. The savage slammers had an iguana, a seal shark, and a tortoise for bit beasts.

Facing off against Spintensity are the blade breakers. Spintensity consists of Luiz, a girl with the decoy attack, and Mario. Unfortunately, Spintensity loses and the bladebreakers move onto the finals of the American tournament where they will face the all stars.

The bladebreakers decided to with Tyson as lead, then Rei, and then Max though they wanted Kai to blade because the All stars don't know his strategy. Max swears that he will win, but first Tyson has to do his part and the score is tied to one round each.

Tyson pulls off a win against Steve, but Ray loses badly to Eddy. Up next is Max against Micheal, but the question is, will Max win or will he lose?

Max loses the first round, but since there were three, he won the other 2 by putting in his spirit into the battle. Thus, the Bladebreakers have won the American tournament.

While on the way to the European circuit of beyblade tournaments, Tyson encounters a bully named Robert who has a giant bit beast. Not wanting to take Kenny's advice at first, Tyson was defeated by Robert and was humiliated at that. So, the team is going to do some training to get better at the upcoming tournaments.
