Richard Devereux established the company a while after graduation with the help of his parents' funds. It may have started small but expanded quickly.
Purchasing the property, back in 2042, Richard started to grow his astronomy business. The owner's favourite feature being the moats out front.
The place is lite during the night with light red lights as to not interfere with their work. The area of course is also neatly kept.
